27 березня 2024 року відбулися збори трудового колективу ПДМУ. На порядку денному був звіт голови ПОП ПДМУ про виконання умов Колективного договору між роботодавцем і Первинною організацією професійної спілки працівників охорони здоров`я і ПДМУ за 2023 рік. Доповідала голова ПОП ПДМУ Зінаїда Борисова. Вона зупинилась на основних положеннях договору та підбила підсумки зробленого упродовж року. Серед досягнень – здобутки у забезпеченні І створеннІ умов для повноцінної роботи колективу, турбота про їх здоров`я та підтримка освітньо-культурної сфери. На першому місці з огляду на драматичні події в країні та російсько-Українську війну – благодійницька діяльність і організація заходів на підтримку воїнів ЗСУ. Значне місце у роботі профспілки посідала просвітницька робота та підтримка сімей ветеранів ПДМУ.
Ректор ПДМУ, професор Вячеслав Ждан у своєму виступі подякував ПОП ПДМУ за роботу і висловив сподівання, що вона успішно продовжиться. Його підтримали в обговоренні звіту Зінаїди Борисової проректор з науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи, професор Валерій Похилько, практична психологиня Тетяна Климач та інші члени трудового колективу.
Робота ПОП ПДМУ одноголосно визнана зборами задовільною.
Labor Collective Meeting was held
On March 27, 2024, a meeting of the PSMU Labor Collective was held. The agenda included the report of the Chairman of the PTUO of PSMU on the fulfillment of the terms of the Collective Agreement between the employer and the Primary Trade Union Organization of the of Healthcare Workers and PSMU for 2023. The report was made by Zinaida Borysova, Chairman of the PTUO of PSMU. She focused on the main provisions of the Agreement and summarized the results of the year. Among the achievements are the achievements in providing and creating conditions for the full-fledged work of the staff, taking care of their health and supporting the educational and cultural sphere. In view of the dramatic events in the country and the russian-Ukrainian war, charitable activities and organization of events in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are in the first place. A significant place in the work of the Union was occupied by educational work and support for the families of PSMU veterans.
PSMU Rector, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, in his speech thanked the PSMU Trade Union for their work and expressed hope that it would continue successfully. He was supported in the discussion of Zinaida Borysova's report by Professor Valerii Pokhylko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Extracurricular Activities, practical psychologist Tetiana Klymach and other members of the staff.
The meeting unanimously recognized the work of the PTUO of PSMU as satisfactory.
