Наглядова рада ПДМУ згідно з Положенням про її діяльність покликана здійснювати контроль за результативністю навчально-освітнього процесу та використанням державних коштів на його забезпечення. Цьому завжди підпорядковані всі засідання, упродовж яких обговорюються відповідні значущі питання.
Засідання 16 травня 2024 року запам`ятається членам Наглядової ради, як унікальне глибоке віртуальне занурення в освітній процес. Адже для того кафедра клінічної анатомії та оперативної хірургії підготувала для них надзвичайно цікаву екскурсію до операційної, навчальних кімнат та до музею анатомії. Ректор ПДМУ, професор Вячеслав Ждан перед тим звернув увагу членів Наглядової ради на те, що імерсійні методи навчання передбачають поєднання різних стилів і підходів до навчання, а саме, віртуальну та доповнену реальність. Ці сучасні тренди активно сьогодні впроваджуються у навчальний процес університету, зокрема, використання сучасних інтерактивних засобів навчання: робота на заняттях із інтерактивними мультимедійними комплексами «Оніко» дозволяє широко застосовувати моделі імерсійної освіти.
Завідувач кафедри клінічної анатомії та оперативної хірургії, професор Сергій Білаш більш детально розповів про імерсійні методи навчання в ПДМУ із застосуванням інтерактивних комплексів «Оніко». За їхньою допомогою студенти опановують необхідні навички, досвідчені лікарі-хірурги також можуть відпрацьовувати і відпрацьовують на них плани майбутніх оперативних втручань. Це дороговартісне обладнання, але Університет придбав його і тепер успішно навчає на ньому майбутніх лікарів. Ректор ПДМУ Вячеслав Ждан запропонував і поважним гостям спробувати себе в ролі хірурга, який робить розтин. Добровольці знайшлися, одягли спеціальні для того окуляри і отримали незабутні враження від власної участі у віртуальній операції. А занурення у професію на цьому тільки починалося. Попереду на вражене товариство чекав перегляд на віртуальних програмах анатомії людини, відеофільм про операцію, яку здійснили студенти наукового товариства ПДМУ на поросяті, а ще знайомство з симуляційним віртуальним пацієнтом. Отут вже у багатьох по- справжньому загорівся вогник нестримного прагнення будь-що «вилікувати» його! Це був цікавий і надзвичайно пізнавальний процес. Він продовжився далі демонстрацією операційних втручань на біоматеріалах, яку під керівництвом викладачів у навчальних кімнатах саме у той час виконували оперативні бригади студентів.
Переглянувши унікальне новітнє обладнання та спробувавши дію деякого навіть власноруч, члени Наглядової ради, підбивши підсумки почутого та побаченого, переконалися у тому, що створення імерсійного середовища університету з використанням можливостей мультимедійних комплексів «ОНІКО» сьогодні дозволяє тут візуалізувати складні процеси та явища; мінімізує вплив сторонніх суб’єктивних чинників у процесі навчання, забезпечує високий ступінь персоналізації процесу навчання, стимулює накопичення досвіду самостійної пізнавальної діяльності здобувачів освіти та значно полегшує процес комунікації між учасниками освітнього процесу.
А відтак, сповнені позитивних яскравих вражень, подякували адміністрації Полтавського державного медичного університету за значущу модернізацію кафедри та освітнього процесу в цілому і завершили засідання.
A regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of PSMU took place: what was discussed, what was observed and what conclusions were reached
According to the Regulations on its activities, the Supervisory Board of PSMU is called upon to monitor the effectiveness of the educational process and the use of public funds for its provision. All meetings are always subordinated to this purpose, during which relevant important issues are discussed.
The meeting on May 16, 2024 will be remembered by the members of the Supervisory Board as a unique deep virtual immersion in the educational process. For this purpose, the Department of Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery prepared for them an extremely engaging tour to the operating room, classrooms and the Museum of Anatomy. Before that, Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan drew the attention of the Supervisory Board members to the fact that immersive teaching methods involve a combination of different styles and approaches to learning, namely, virtual and augmented reality. These modern trends are being actively implemented in the educational process of the university, in particular, the use of modern interactive teaching tools: work in the classroom with interactive multimedia complexes “Oniko” allows for the wide application of immersive education models.
The Head of the Department of Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery, Professor Serhii Bilash, spoke in more detail about immersive teaching methods at PSMU using interactive Oniko complexes. With their help, students master the necessary skills, and experienced surgeons can and do practice plans for future surgical interventions on them. This is expensive equipment, but the University purchased it and now successfully trains prospective doctors on it. PSMU Rector Viacheslav Zhdan invited the distinguished guests to try themselves as a surgeon performing an autopsy. Volunteers found themselves, put on special glasses and got an unforgettable experience of their own participation in the virtual surgery. And the immersion in the profession was just beginning. Ahead, the amazed company had to watch human anatomy on virtual programs, a video about the operation performed by students of the PSMU Scientific Society on a piglet, and an introduction to a simulated virtual patient. This is where the fire of an unbridled desire to “cure” it by any means really lit up in many people! It was an interesting and extremely informative process. It continued with a demonstration of surgical interventions on biomaterials, which was performed by the students' surgical teams in the classrooms under the guidance of the teachers.
Having seen the unique newest equipment and tried some of it with their own hands, the members of the Supervisory Board, having summed up what they heard and saw, were convinced that the creation of the immersive environment of the university using the capabilities of the multimedia complexes “ONIKO” today allows visualizing complex processes and phenomena; minimizes the influence of extraneous subjective factors in the learning process, provides a high degree of personalization of the learning process, stimulates the accumulation of experience of independent cognitive activity of students.
Therefore, full of positive vivid impressions, they thanked the administration of Poltava State Medical University for the significant modernization of the department and the educational process in general and ended the meeting.
