Слухачі циклу спеціалізації «Організація та управління охороною здоров’я», що проходить на кафедрі громадського здоров’я з лікарсько-трудовою експертизою, відвідали КП «Полтавська обласна клінічна лікарня імені М.В. Скліфосовського Полтавської обласної ради».
Заняття для слухачів провів директор закладу КП «ПОКЛ імені М.В. Скліфосовського», викладач кафедри громадського здоров’я з лікарсько-трудовою експертизою ПДМУ, доктор філософії Григорій Оксак, який розповів слухачам про організацію роботи закладу, маршрут пацієнта, співпрацю з НСЗУ, проведену реорганізацію, тощо. Слухачі ознайомилися з роботою приймально-діагностичного відділення та відділення екстреної (невідкладної) медичної допомоги, які оснащені надсучасним новітнім високотехнологічним обладнанням європейського рівня. Натепер керівництво лікарні робить все можливе, аби пацієнти зі всього регіону могли отримувати якісне та професійне лікування.
Наприкінці слухачі відвідали музей обласної лікарні, який було створено за ініціативи директора закладу, де ознайомилися з історією лікарні та побачили рідкісні експонати. Серед експонатів є пам’ятна дошка XIX ст. про відкриття богадільні, з якої починалась історія сучасної обласної лікарні, особисті речі повітового лікаря Зігфріда Деггеллера, підручники й посібники з медицини, фотографії та документи.
Quality modern medical care and the European service system are available to every resident of the Poltava region
Participants of the specialization program "Organization and Management of Healthcare," conducted at the Department of Public Health with Medical and Labor Expertise, visited the M.V. Sklifosovsky Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital of the Poltava Regional Council.
The session for the participants was conducted by Hryрorii Oksak, Director of the M.V. Sklifosovsky Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital, who is also a lecturer at the Department of Public Health with Medical and Labor Expertise at PSMU and holds a Ph.D degree. He briefed the participants on the organization of the institution, the patient’s route, cooperation with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU), the conducted reorganization, and more. The participants familiarized themselves with the work of the admission-diagnostic department and the emergency medical care department, both equipped with state-of-the-art high-tech European-level equipment. The hospital administration is now doing everything possible to ensure that patients from the entire region receive quality and professional treatment.
At the end, the participants visited the museum of the regional hospital, which was created at the initiative of the institution's director. They learned about the history of the hospital and saw rare exhibits. Among the exhibits is a memorial plaque from the 19th century commemorating the opening of the hospital, marking the beginning of the history of the modern regional hospital. Also on display were personal belongings of the district doctor Zigfrid Degeller, textbooks and manuals on medicine, photographs and documents.
