Background

Petro Skrypnikov is a Ukrainian dentist, professor of the Department of Postgraduate Education of Dentists at Poltava State Medical University. He actively participates in the work of the Ukrainian Dental Association, is a member of the Coordination Council of the UDA, and the President of the Dental Association of Poltava Region.

He has published over 200 papers on scientific issues in dentistry (h-index: 8); registered 33 patents for inventions; and possesses 16 copyright infringed Literary Works.

Under his leadership, 12 PhD thesis papers were submitted and defended, 13 masters and 19 clinical residents were trained.

Prof. Petro Skrypnikov is the founder of the regional scientific and practical center for diseases of the oral mucosa, is a professional who is capable of implementing modern methods of diagnosis and treatment in dentistry.

Various textbooks and atlases have been published with his participation, such as: "Oncology", "Atlas of Anatomy with Biomechanics of the Masticatory Apparatus", "Atlas of Odontoglyphics of Humans", "Dentistry: A Textbook for Medical Interns in 2 Volumes", "Radiology", which represent his scientific developments that are of great importance in the practical activities of dentists.

Petro Skrypnikov has improved his professional skills in Germany, France, Austria, and at the Department of Postgraduate Education of the London Dental Institute in England.
