Rustam Isakov is a Ukrainian psychiatrist and medical psychologist, physician, professor of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology, professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences of Poltava State Medical University. He is the author and co-author of 150 scientific and research papers, of which 10 articles are published in journals indexed by the Scopus database (h-index: 4), author and co-author of certificates and patents for inventions.
