На кафедрі анатомії людини Полтавського державного медичного університету відбувся тематичний захід, присвячений вшануванню пам’яті жертв Чорнобильської катастрофи. Захід пройшов під керівництвом завідувача кафедри професора Володимира Гриня, доцента Валентини Білаш та викладача Ігоря Федорченка. Активну участь в організації та підготовці виступу взяли здобувачі освіти 11-ї групи медичного факультету № 1.
Під час зустрічі учасники обговорили хронологію подій квітня 1986 року, проаналізували вплив радіаційної катастрофи на здоров’я населення та вшанували героїзм ліквідаторів аварії. Організатори наголосили, що збереження історичної пам’яті про події на ЧАЕС є важливою складовою формування професійної відповідальності та громадянської свідомості майбутніх медичних фахівців.

40th Anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster: Honoring the Victims at the Department of Human Anatomy of PSMU
A thematic event dedicated to commemorating the victims of the Chernobyl disaster was held at the Department of Human Anatomy of Poltava State Medical University. The event was conducted under the supervision of Head of the Department, Professor Volodymyr Hryn, Associate Professor Valentyna Bilash, and Lecturer Ihor Fedorchenko. Students of Group 11 of the Medical Faculty No. 1 actively participated in organizing and preparing the presentations.
During the meeting, participants discussed the chronology of the events of April 1986, analyzed the impact of the radiation disaster on public health, and honored the heroism of the liquidators. The organizers emphasized that preserving the historical memory of the events at Chernobyl is an important component in shaping the professional responsibility and civic awareness of future medical specialists.
