20 грудня 2024 року у ЗВО ПДМУ відбулось 4-е засідання науково-практичної конференції «XIX Скліфосовські читання». Учасники розглянули тему  «Актуальні питання торакальної хірургії».

Topic: Current Issues in Thoracic Surgery

На конференції працювали 120 учасників, зокрема, 60 - в режимі онлайн (Zoom), в тому числі, колективи профільних хірургічних відділень.

Серед обговореного були хірургічні підходи до лікування емпієми плеври – проф. Гетьман В., сучасні підходи до лікування ахалазії кардії – проф. Шейко В. Д., М. П. Коробкін — піонер торакальної хірургії – проф. Ксьонз І. В., сучасні аспекти торакальної хірургії дитячого віку – проф. Ксьонз І. В., застосування NPWT-терапії при лікування хронічної емпієми плеври – проф. Шейко В. Д., Досвід лікування хворих з бульозною емфіземою легень, ускладненої спонтанним пневмотораксом в умовах КНП «Хорольська МЛ» – Цирюлик В. В.

Current Issues in Thoracic Surgery Discussed at the "XIX Sklifosovsky Readings" Conference

On December 20, 2024, PSMU hosted the 4th session of the scientific and practical conference "XIX Sklifosovsky Readings." The session focused on the topic "Current Issues in Thoracic Surgery."

The conference brought together 120 participants, including 60 attending online via Zoom, representing various specialized surgical departments.

Key presentations and discussions included surgical approaches to treating pleural empyema – Prof. V. Hetman; modern approaches to treating achalasia of the cardia – Prof. V. D. Sheiko, M. P. Korobkin – a pioneer of thoracic surgery – Prof. I. V. Ksionz; contemporary aspects of pediatric thoracic surgery – Prof. I. V. Ksionz; the use of NPWT therapy in treating chronic pleural empyema – Prof. V. D. Sheiko; experience in treating patients with bullous lung emphysema complicated by spontaneous pneumothorax at “Khorol Central Hospital” – V. V. Tsyriulik.
