На кафедрі сімейної медицини і терапії ПДМУ успішно завершилася державна атестація лікарів-інтернів. Для випускників інтернатури це підсумковий етап фахової підготовки й водночас перехід до самостійної лікарської практики.
Атестація передбачала комплексну оцінку теоретичних знань і практичних умінь майбутніх сімейних лікарів. Під час іспиту інтерни демонстрували здатність аналізувати клінічні ситуації, проводити диференційну діагностику, обґрунтовувати лікувальну тактику відповідно до сучасних клінічних рекомендацій, а також діяти в умовах, що потребують невідкладної медичної допомоги.
Окрему увагу екзаменаційна комісія приділила навичкам, без яких неможлива робота лікаря первинної ланки: клінічному мисленню, послідовності у прийнятті рішень, умінню працювати з пацієнтами із супутніми захворюваннями та налагоджувати професійну комунікацію.
Випускники інтернатури підтвердили належний рівень підготовки та готовність працювати в реальних умовах сучасної медичної практики.
Колектив кафедри вітає молодих лікарів з успішним складанням першого професійного іспиту та бажає їм професійної зрілості, впевненості у власних рішеннях і довіри пацієнтів.

State Attestation of Medical Interns at the Department of Family Medicine and Therapy
The Department of Family Medicine and Therapy at Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) has successfully completed the State Attestation of medical interns. For the graduates of the internship program, this milestone marks both the culmination of their postgraduate training and their transition to independent medical practice.
The Attestation included a comprehensive assessment of the future family physicians' theoretical knowledge and practical competencies. During the examination, the interns demonstrated their ability to analyze clinical cases, perform differential diagnosis, justify treatment strategies in accordance with current clinical guidelines, and respond effectively to emergency medical situations.
The Examination Board paid particular attention to the essential competencies required of primary healthcare physicians, including clinical reasoning, sound decision-making, the management of patients with multiple comorbidities, and effective professional communication.
The internship graduates successfully confirmed their professional competence and readiness to practice in the demanding environment of modern healthcare.
