“CyberJura: Education and Information Resilience” — Invitation to Participate in an Online Session

On October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Session No. 2, “CyberJura: Education and Information Resilience,” will take place online as part of the 25th Esri-Ukraine Conference, “GIS + AI: New Horizons of Development.”

Interested staff members of Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) are invited to participate, particularly those working in youth education and development, the promotion of Ukrainian civic identity, information resilience, cybersecurity, and the application of artificial intelligence in education.

The purpose of the event is to present new ideas, approaches, and practical examples in education, youth development, and the promotion of information resilience as Ukraine’s young people prepare for national resistance and the resistance movement amid revolutionary technological changes in cybersecurity.

The session will also address youth solidarity and camaraderie in combat through modern information technologies, the impact of machine intelligence on human cognitive activity, and the responsible and intelligent use of artificial intelligence.

The session’s key practical objective is to launch an international event within the framework of the CyberJura Command Post Exercise (CPX), featuring a CyberJura Wargame Simulation (CWS) based on the military-historical scenario “Muscovy, 1654–2026: An Incorrigible Fraudster That Never Changes.”
