З 2019 року випускник ПДМУ ( на той час ПМСІ), лікар-стоматолог Сергій Радлінський бере активну участь у роботі ICD у якості регента 15-ого європейського округу, що включає 9 країн. Він продовжує відвідувати ці країни, щоб продовжувати місію регента всупереч війні в Україні. Місія спрямована на лікування дітей в Україні, чиї батьки загинули або перебувають на фронті. Започаткована Сергієм Радлінським програма «Безплатні зуби» для українських дітей фінансується Комісією Каллахана через ODA та за рахунок власних коштів.

Премію пам`яті Каллахана Сергій Радлінський сприйняв не тільки як велику честь для себе, а передусім, як визнання звитяжної праці всіх українських стоматологів, які надають медичну допомогу мирному населенню, зокрема, дітям, у надзвичайно важкий час воєнного лихоліття.

Sergii Radlinsky Receives the 2025 Callahan Memorial Award from the Ohio Dental Association

Since 2019, Sergii Radlinsky, a graduate of Poltava State Medical University (then Poltava Medical Stomatological Institute) and practicing dentist, has been actively involved with the International College of Dentists (ICD) as Regent of the 15th European Section, which includes nine countries. Despite the war in Ukraine, he continues to visit these countries and carry out the mission of a Regent — providing dental care to children in Ukraine whose parents have been killed or are serving on the front lines.

The initiative “Free Teeth,” launched by Sergii Radlinsky, offers free dental treatment to Ukrainian children and is funded through the Callahan Commission of the Ohio Dental Association (ODA) as well as through his own personal contributions.

Sergii Radlinsky accepted the Callahan Memorial Award not only as a great personal honor but, above all, as recognition of the dedicated work of all Ukrainian dentists who continue to provide medical care — especially to children — during these extraordinarily difficult times of war.
