Міністерство освіти і науки України спільно з Українським національним офісом інтелектуальної власності та інновацій та Українським альянсом трансферу технологій у період з 24 вересня до 1 жовтня 2026 року проводить серію онлайн-стратегічних сесій із представниками наукової спільноти, держави, громадського сектору та суб’єктів інфраструктури трансферу технологій.
Стратегічна сесія 1 «Актуальний стан трансферу технологій в Україні та головні стримуючі фактори його розвитку» відбудеться 24 вересня 2026 року о 13:00.
До участі запрошуються представники наукової спільноти, закладів вищої освіти та наукових установ, стартапів, спін-оффів, утворених на базі закладів вищої освіти.
Стратегічна сесія 2 «Як посилити роботу структур, що супроводжують трансфер технологій» відбудеться 29 вересня 2026 року о 15:00.
До участі запрошуються представники центрів трансферу технологій, наукових парків, відділів інтелектуальної власності та патентування, інноваційних центрів, офісів комерціалізації та інших структур, які супроводжують трансфер технологій у закладах вищої освіти, наукових установах та інших установах і організаціях.
Стратегічна сесія 3 «Місце і роль держави та громадського сектору у розбудові системи трансферу технологій в Україні» відбудеться 1 жовтня 2026 року о 15:00.
До участі запрошуються представники державного та громадського секторів, зокрема центральних органів виконавчої влади, громадських організацій та об’єднань тощо.
Окрім того, для підвищення ефективності проведених онлайн-сесій під час реєстрації пропонується взяти участь в опитуванні щодо практичного досвіду трансферу технологій.

The Ministry of Education and Science Invites PSMU Representatives to Participate in Strategic Sessions on Technology Transfer
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, jointly with the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations and the Ukrainian Technology Transfer Alliance, is holding a series of online strategic sessions with representatives of the research community, government, the civil society sector, and technology transfer infrastructure organizations from 24 September to 1 October 2026.
Strategic Session 1, “The Current State of Technology Transfer in Ukraine and the Main Factors Hindering Its Development,” will take place on 24 September 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Representatives of the research community, higher education institutions and research institutions, as well as start-ups and spin-offs established at higher education institutions, are invited to participate.
Strategic Session 2, “How to Strengthen the Work of Structures Supporting Technology Transfer,” will take place on 29 September 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
Representatives of technology transfer centers, science parks, intellectual property and patenting departments, innovation centers, commercialization offices, and other structures supporting technology transfer at higher education institutions, research institutions, and other organizations are invited to participate.
Strategic Session 3, “The Role and Place of the State and the Civil Society Sector in Developing the Technology Transfer System in Ukraine,” will take place on 1 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
Representatives of the public and civil society sectors are invited to participate, including representatives of central executive authorities, non-governmental organizations, associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
In addition, to enhance the effectiveness of the online sessions, participants are invited to complete a survey on their practical experience in technology transfer during the registration process.

The study is being conducted as part of the research project “Development and Implementation of an Effective Technology Transfer Model in Ukraine,” carried out by the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information (UkrINTEI).
