На кафедрі українознавства та гуманітарної підготовки Полтавського державного медичного університету відбулося чергове заняття в межах вибіркового компонента «Українознавство» для здобувачів освіти 101Ф групи першого курсу освітньо-професійної програми «Фармація». Заняття провела старша викладачка кафедри Вікторія Юфименко.
Для здобувачів освіти, які навчаються дистанційно, організували мультимедійний лекторій «Великий українець», присвячений 160-річчю від дня народження видатного історика, громадсько-політичного діяча та голови Української Центральної Ради Михайла Сергійовича Грушевського (1866–1934).
Під час лекторію здобувачі освіти ознайомилися з основними етапами життя та діяльності Михайла Грушевського, його внеском у розвиток української історичної науки та державотворчі процеси початку ХХ століття. За допомогою мультимедійної презентації вони розглянули історичний контекст Української революції 1917–1921 років, діяльність Української Центральної Ради та роль Михайла Грушевського в українському державотворенні.
Окрему увагу приділили багатотомній праці «Історія України-Руси», яка стала одним із фундаментальних досліджень української історії.
Заняття відбулося у форматі активного діалогу. Здобувачі освіти обговорювали історичні події та постать Михайла Грушевського, а також проводили паралелі між процесами українського державотворення початку ХХ століття та сучасними викликами, що постали перед Україною.
Проведення таких занять у межах вибіркового компонента «Українознавство» сприяє поглибленню знань здобувачів освіти з історії України, осмисленню державотворчих процесів та кращому розумінню української історичної спадщини.

Multimedia Lecture “A Great Ukrainian”: PSMU Students Explore the Legacy of Mykhailo Hrushevsky
The Department of Ukrainian Studies and Humanities at Poltava State Medical University held another class as part of the elective component “Ukrainian Studies” for first-year students of Group 101F enrolled in the Pharmacy educational and professional programme. The class was conducted by Viktoriia Yufymenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department.
A multimedia lecture entitled “A Great Ukrainian” was organized for students studying remotely. The lecture was dedicated to the 160th anniversary of the birth of Mykhailo Serhiiovych Hrushevsky (1866–1934), a prominent historian, public and political figure, and Chairman of the Ukrainian Central Rada.
During the lecture, the students learned about the main stages of Mykhailo Hrushevsky’s life and work, his contribution to the development of Ukrainian historical scholarship, and the state-building processes of the early twentieth century. With the help of a multimedia presentation, they explored the historical context of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917–1921, the activities of the Ukrainian Central Rada, and Mykhailo Hrushevsky’s role in Ukrainian state-building.
Particular attention was paid to his multi-volume work “History of Ukraine-Rus’”, which became one of the foundational studies of Ukrainian history.
The class was conducted in the form of an active dialogue. The students discussed historical events and the figure of Mykhailo Hrushevsky, as well as drawing parallels between the processes of Ukrainian state-building in the early twentieth century and the contemporary challenges facing Ukraine.
Classes held as part of the elective component “Ukrainian Studies” contribute to deepening students’ knowledge of Ukrainian history, fostering a better understanding of state-building processes, and promoting greater awareness of Ukraine’s historical heritage.
