Українська асоціація ортопедів-травматологів відзначила 90-річчя своєї діяльності. Ювілейні заходи з цієї нагоди відбулися під час Пленуму в м. Києві, який об’єднав провідних фахівців ортопедо-травматологічної галузі з усієї України.
Під час урочистостей було відзначено лікарів і науковців за вагомий внесок у розвиток медичної науки та ортопедо-травматологічної допомоги.
Серед нагороджених – голова Полтавської філії Української асоціації ортопедів-травматологів (УАОТ), доцент кафедри хірургії № 3 Полтавського державного медичного університету Олександр Пелипенко.
Представники Комітету Верховної Ради України з питань здоров’я нації та Міністерства охорони здоров’я України наголосили на важливій ролі Асоціації як професійної платформи, що об’єднує фахівців, сприяє розвитку науки і практики, впровадженню сучасних методів лікування та підвищенню якості медичної допомоги пацієнтам.
Визнання представника ПДМУ підтверджує вагому роль університету у розвитку ортопедо-травматологічної науки та практики в Україні.

Representative of PSMU was honored at the jubilee Plenum of orthopedic and trauma specialists
The Ukrainian Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and Traumatologists marked the 90th anniversary of its activity. Jubilee events dedicated to this occasion were held during the Plenum in Kyiv, bringing together leading specialists in the field of orthopedics and traumatology from across Ukraine.
During the ceremony, physicians and researchers were recognized for their significant contributions to the development of medical science and orthopedic and trauma care.
Among the awardees was the Head of the Poltava branch of the Ukrainian Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and Traumatologists (UAOST), Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery No. 3 of Poltava State Medical University, Oleksandr Pelypenko.
Representatives of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on National Health and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine emphasized the important role of the Association as a professional platform that unites specialists, promotes the development of science and clinical practice, supports the introduction of modern treatment methods, and improves the quality of medical care for patients.
The recognition of a PSMU representative confirms the university’s significant role in advancing orthopedic and traumatology science and practice in Ukraine.
