Науковці ПДМУ взяли участь у XVII Українському гастроентерологічному тижні / PSMU Scholars Take Part in the 17th Ukrainian Gastroenterology Week

23–25 вересня 2026 року у мальовничій Східниці Львівської області, у змішаному форматі, відбувся Національний конгрес з міжнародною участю «ХVІІ Український гастроентерологічний тиждень: Новітні досягнення сучасної гастроентерології та гепатології».

Захід проходив у режимі пленарних засідань і наукових симпозіумів. Заслухано 67 доповідей з актуальних питань патогенезу, діагностики, лікування та профілактики захворювань шлунково-кишкового тракту і печінки, які представили 39 спікерів, з них 3 – іноземні (Швеція, Великобританія, Польща).

Активну участь у роботі конгресу взяли співробітники кафедри внутрішньої медицини № 1 ПДМУ.

Президент Української гастроентерологічної асоціації, проректор з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти ПДМУ, професор Ігор Скрипник на відкритті конгресу виступив із доповіддю, присвяченою досягненням та перспективам розвитку асоціації, вручив дипломи переможцям конкурсу молодих вчених. Також ним було зроблено 5 наукових доповідей, присвячених сучасним проблемам гастроентерології та гепатології.

Завідувачка кафедри внутрішньої медицини № 1 ПДМУ, професор Ганна Маслова представила доповідь з актуальної проблеми – особливостей патогенезу, лікування і профілактики медикаментозно-індукованих уражень печінки при надмірній вазі та ожирінні.

Аспірантка кафедри внутрішньої медицини № 1 Єлизавета Стаднік нагороджена дипломом ІІІ ступеня за результатами конкурсу наукових робіт молодих учених Української гастроентерологічної асоціації з гастроентерології за 2026 рік (науковий керівник – проф. Ганна Маслова).

На завершення заходу було прийнято резолюцію гастротижня, у якій зазначено доцільність використання у щоденній практиці міжнародних настанов та клінічних протоколів ведення хворих, активної міжнародної співпраці, а також участі молодих учених у конкурсах наукових робіт асоціації та грантових проєктах Європейської гастроентерологічної асоціації (UEG) у ширшому форматі.

PSMU Scholars Take Part in the 17th Ukrainian Gastroenterology Week

On 23–25 September 2026, the National Congress with international participation, “The 17th Ukrainian Gastroenterology Week: The Latest Advances in Modern Gastroenterology and Hepatology,” was held in a hybrid format in the picturesque town of Skhidnytsia, Lviv Region.

The event featured plenary sessions and scientific symposia. A total of 67 presentations were delivered on topical issues related to the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. The presentations were given by 39 speakers, including three international experts from Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Poland.

Staff members of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 of PSMU took an active part in the congress.

At the opening of the congress, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk, President of the Ukrainian Gastroenterological Association and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education at PSMU, delivered a presentation on the achievements and prospects for the development of the Association and presented diplomas to the winners of the Young Scientists’ Competition. He also delivered five scientific presentations addressing current issues in gastroenterology and hepatology.

Professor Hanna Maslova, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 of PSMU, presented a report on the topical issue of the specific features of the pathogenesis, treatment, and prevention of drug-induced liver injury in patients with overweight and obesity.

Yelyzaveta Stadnik, a postgraduate student of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1, was awarded a Third-Degree Diploma in the 2026 Ukrainian Gastroenterological Association Young Scientists’ Research Competition in Gastroenterology. Her research supervisor is Professor Hanna Maslova.

The event concluded with the adoption of a resolution of the Gastroenterology Week, which emphasized the importance of using international guidelines and clinical protocols for patient management in daily medical practice, strengthening international cooperation, and expanding opportunities for young scientists to participate in the Association’s research competitions and grant projects of the United European Gastroenterology (UEG).
