Завідувачка кафедри українознавства та гуманітарної підготовки ПДМУ Тетяна Лещенко взяла участь онлайн у конференції Innovating Education, присвяченій навчанню нового покоління в сучасних умовах. Захід відбувся 2 травня в Києві. Подію організувала екосистема продуктових ІТ-компаній «Genesis» за підтримки Міністерства освіти і науки України та Міністерства цифрової трансформації.
На конференції обговорили актуальні проблеми сучасної вищої освіти в Україні: трансформація вищої освіти: як реформа старшої школи змінює підхід до навчання в університетах;
- синхронізація з ринком: адаптація навчальних курсів до актуальних запитів ринку;
- стійкість викладача: як зберігати ресурс в умовах постійних змін і бути ментором для нового покоління;
- креативність і критичне мислення: методики, які допомагають студентам генерувати нестандартні рішення й аналізувати інформацію.
Ключовими темами конференції стали:
- Викладання у кризові часи: як зберігати якість освіти і власну стійкість, коли зміни стають нормою, а не винятком.
- Робота з новим поколінням: хто такі студенти поколінь Z й Альфа і які підходи працюють у взаємодії з ними.
- Компетентності майбутнього: чому в епоху ШІ критичне мислення, креативність та емоційний інтелект стають важливішими, ніж будь-коли, і як їх розвивати.
Серед спікерів, які порушили актуальні питання вищої освіти: Надія Кузьмичова, заступниця міністра освіти і науки України («Як реформа старшої школи трансформує вищу освіту?»); Поліна Ліміна, директорка ГО INSCIENCE («Як освіта адаптується до потреб нового покоління?»). Креативні доповіді, воркшопи і подкасти запропонували Тимофій Брік, ректор Київської школи економіки; Оксана Артеменко, вчителька української мови та літератури Русанівського ліцею; Ярослава Дьо, начальниця відділу директорату розвитку цифрових інновацій, штучного інтелекту, робототехніки та роботизації і напівпровідникових технологій Міністерства цифрової трансформації України; Олесь Добосевич, очільник факультету прикладних наук Українського католицького університету; Трохим Бабич, заступник декана факультету інформатики Національного університету «Києво-Могилянська академія» (подкаст «Внутрішня стійкість викладача в умовах постійних змін»); Ілля Бачурін, соціальний та організаційний психолог, mental health консультант і тренер у понад 50 компаніях в Україні та світі (воркшоп «Як навчити студентів генерувати нові ідеї та нестандартні рішення?»).
Актуальні напрацювання конференції стануть основою для вдосконалення освітнього процесу з майбутніми українськими лікарями на кафедрі українознавства та гуманітарної підготовки Полтавського державного медичного університету.

New Approaches to Education: PSMU Teachers Participate in the Innovating Education Conference in Kyiv
Tetiana Leshchenko, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Humanities at PSMU, participated online in the Innovating Education conference dedicated to teaching the new generation in modern conditions. The event took place on May 2 in Kyiv. It was organized by the ecosystem of product IT companies “Genesis” with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The conference addressed current challenges of modern higher education in Ukraine, including:
- transformation of higher education: how upper secondary school reform is changing approaches to university education;
- synchronization with the labor market: adapting academic courses to current market demands;
- teacher resilience: how to maintain personal resources amid constant changes and become a mentor for the new generation;
- creativity and critical thinking: methodologies that help students generate unconventional solutions and analyze information.
The key topics of the conference included:
- Teaching in times of crisis: how to maintain the quality of education and personal resilience when change becomes the norm rather than the exception.
- Working with the new generation: who Generation Z and Alpha students are and which approaches are effective in interaction with them.
- Future competencies: why critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence are becoming more important than ever in the era of AI, and how to develop them.
Among the speakers who addressed pressing issues in higher education were:
- Nadiia Kuzmychova, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine (“How does upper secondary school reform transform higher education?”);
- Polina Limina, Director of the NGO INSCIENCE (“How is education adapting to the needs of the new generation?”).
Creative presentations, workshops, and podcasts were delivered by:
- Tymofii Brik, Rector of the Kyiv School of Economics;
- Oksana Artemenko, teacher of Ukrainian language and literature at Rusanivskyi Lyceum;
- Yaroslava Do, Head of the Department of the Directorate for Digital Innovation Development, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, and Semiconductor Technologies at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;
- Oles Dobosevych, Head of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Ukrainian Catholic University;
- Trokhym Babych, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (podcast “Internal Resilience of Teachers in Conditions of Constant Change”);
- Illia Bachurin, social and organizational psychologist, mental health consultant, and trainer in more than 50 companies in Ukraine and worldwide (workshop “How to Teach Students to Generate New Ideas and Unconventional Solutions?”).
The conference’s relevant findings and practical developments will serve as a foundation for improving the educational process for future Ukrainian doctors at the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Humanities of Poltava State Medical University.
