Традиційно засідання СНГ на кафедрі біохімії є непересічною подією, де в колі однодумців досвід науковців і наполегливість та ентузіазм здобувачів освіти вже звично дають відмінний результат.

За рейтингом СНТ ПДМУ 2025 року колектив нашої СНГ біохімії посів І місце. Цього результату вдалося досягти завдяки 4 публікаціям у журналах, що індексуються Scopus підготовлених здобувачами освіти спільно з науковими керівниками; та участі у 22 конференціях в Україні та Європі. Зокрема, староста СНГ біохімії Радміла Чумакова презентувала результати досліджень на International Student Congress of (bio)Medical Sciences 2026 в University Medical Center Groningen (м. Гронінген, Нідерланди). Анастасія Писаренко представила наукові здобутки на 21th Warsaw International Medical Congress for Young Scientists в Medical University of Warsaw (м. Варшава, Польща) та 12th International Student Congress 2026 в Medical University of Graz (м. Грац, Австрія).
Микита Щетінін виборов диплом ІІ ступеня в І турі Всеукраїнського конкурсу студентських наукових робіт МОН України. Загалом за 2025-2026 навчальний рік студенти здобули 15 призових місць на міжнародних і всеукраїнських конгресах та конференціях для студентів і молодих вчених у медичних вишах Києва, Харкова, Запоріжжя, Тернополя, Івано-Франківська, Чернівців, Рівного, Львова та Ужгорода. Висловлюємо щиру вдячність за перемоги активним учасникам: Ірині Гриценко, Аполінарії Чернявській, Роману Земляному, Михайлу Прядку, Кирилу Балабанову, Антону Буніну, Ангеліні Гладкій, Анастасії Семенчук та Анастасії Кривоніс. За вагомі наукові здобутки та активну громадську позицію Радміла Чумакова отримує стипендію імені Героя Небесної Сотні, Героя України – Ігоря Сердюка, а також стала переможницею Стипендіальної програми «Завтра.UA» Фонду Віктора Пінчука.
На засіданні колектив студентів одноголосно обрав новою старостою СНГ біохімії студентку ІІІ курсу стоматологічного факультету Анастасію Писаренко.
Пріорітетними напрямами роботи визначили:
- Поглиблення знань та практичних навичок із методології біохімічних досліджень;
- Активна участь у грантових програмах та міжнародних конференціях;
- Публікація результатів досліджень в престижних наукових виданнях.

News from the Biochemistry Student Scientific Group: PSMU Ranking Leader, Election of a New Group Head, and Priorities for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
Traditionally, meetings of the Student Scientific Group (SSG) at the Department of Biochemistry are a significant event where, in a community of like-minded people, the experience of researchers and the persistence and enthusiasm of students consistently produce excellent results.

According to the 2025 PSMU Student Scientific Groups ranking, the Biochemistry SSG took 1st place. This achievement was made possible by four publications in Scopus-indexed journals, prepared by students jointly with their research supervisors, as well as participation in 22 conferences in Ukraine and Europe.
In particular, Radmila Chumakova, Head of the Biochemistry SSG, presented research findings at the International Student Congress of (bio)Medical Sciences 2026 at the University Medical Center Groningen (Groningen, the Netherlands). Anastasiia Pysarenko presented her research achievements at the 21st Warsaw International Medical Congress for Young Scientists at the Medical University of Warsaw (Warsaw, Poland) and the 12th International Student Congress 2026 at the Medical University of Graz (Graz, Austria).
Mykyta Shchetinin received a Second-Degree Diploma in the first round of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Overall, during the 2025/2026 academic year, students won 15 prizes at international and national congresses and conferences for students and young scientists held at medical universities in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Rivne, Lviv, and Uzhhorod.
We express our sincere gratitude for these achievements to the active participants: Iryna Hrytsenko, Apolinaria Cherniavska, Roman Zemlianyi, Mykhailo Priadko, Kyrylo Balabanov, Anton Bunin, Angelina Hladka, Anastasiia Semenchuk, and Anastasiia Kryvonis.
For her significant scientific achievements and active civic engagement, Radmila Chumakova has been awarded the Scholarship named after the Heavenly Hundred Hero and Hero of Ukraine Ihor Serdiuk, and has also become a winner of the Zavtra.UA Scholarship Programme of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
During the meeting, the students unanimously elected third-year Dentistry student Anastasiia Pysarenko as the new Head of the Biochemistry SSG.
The following areas were identified as priorities for the Group's work:
Enhancing knowledge and practical skills in the methodology of biochemical research;
Active participation in grant programmes and international conferences;
Publishing research findings in prestigious scientific journals.
