1 вересня 2026 року на кафедрі оториноларингології з офтальмологією ПДМУ для лікарів-інтернів провели загальнонаціональний урок пам’яті «Пам’ятаємо. Шануємо. Продовжуємо: медики та працівники університету – Захисники України».
Під час заходу увагу зосередили на вшануванні медичних працівників та працівників університету, які стали на захист України, їхньому внеску в боротьбу за незалежність і територіальну цілісність держави, а також важливості збереження пам’яті про їхній подвиг для майбутніх поколінь.

Remembering Those Who Defended Ukraine: A Memorial Lesson for PSMU Medical Interns
On September 1, 2026, the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology at Poltava State Medical University held a nationwide memorial lesson for medical interns entitled “We Remember. We Honor. We Carry On: Medical Professionals and University Staff – Defenders of Ukraine.”
The event focused on honoring medical professionals and university staff members who took up the defense of Ukraine, recognizing their contribution to the struggle for the country’s independence and territorial integrity, and emphasizing the importance of preserving the memory of their courage and sacrifice for future generations.
