28 серпня 2026 р. відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Полтавського державного медичного університету.
Засідання Вченої ради розпочалося із урочистого привітання та нагородження співробітників ННІПО почесними грамотами органів місцевого самоврядування і ректора університету за сумлінну працю та вагомі досягнення у післядипломній освіті з нагоди Дня медичного працівника.
Про підсумки роботи навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти за 2025-2026 навчальний рік та завдання з удосконалення післядипломної освіти на 2026-2027 навчальний рік доповіла директор ННІПО проф. Алла Марченко.
У свої виступах завідувачі профільних кафедр доц. М. Бабаніна, проф. А. Скрипніков, доц. О. Гуржій відзначили значну роботу адміністрації ННІПО щодо покращення якості підготовки кадрів в інтернатурі, на циклах спеціалізації та тематичного удосконалення, позитивно оцінили здобутки інституту за звітний період.
Проректор ЗВО з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти проф. Ігор Скрипник в обговоренні доповіді А. Марченко акцентував увагу на різноплановості роботи ННІПО та запропонував визнати її задовільною і такою, що відповідає вимогам до сучасної післядипломної освіти.
У своєму виступі з другого питання порядку денного проректор ЗВО з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти проф. Ігор Скрипник доповів про зміни та новини у законодавчій базі щодо післядипломної освіти та безперервного професійного розвитку лікарів.
На засіданні Вченої ради затвердили на 2026-2027 навчальний рік склад вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти та план її засідань, склад ради з питань якості освіти ННІПО, робочі навчальні плани та програми, тематичні плани лекцій, практичних та семінарських занять підготовки в інтернатурі, розклад занять ННІПО, план виховної роботи.

Year in Review and New Priorities: PSMU Institute of Postgraduate Education Holds Academic Council Meeting
On 28 August 2026, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of Poltava State Medical University was held.
The meeting began with a formal ceremony to congratulate and honor staff members of the Institute of Postgraduate Education. They were presented with certificates of merit from local authorities and the University Rector in recognition of their dedicated work and significant achievements in postgraduate education on the occasion of Medical Workers’ Day.
Professor Alla Marchenko, Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, presented a report on the Institute’s activities during the 2025–2026 academic year and outlined priorities for further improving postgraduate education in the 2026–2027 academic year.
In their remarks, Heads of relevant departments – Associate Professor M. Babanina, Professor A. Skrypnikov and Associate Professor O. Hurzhii – highlighted the significant work undertaken by the Institute’s administration to improve the quality of professional training during internship programs, specialization courses and continuing professional development programs. They also positively assessed the Institute’s achievements during the reporting period.
During the discussion of Professor Alla Marchenko’s report, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, emphasized the diverse range of activities carried out by the Institute and proposed that its work be assessed as satisfactory and compliant with the requirements of modern postgraduate education.
Addressing the second item on the agenda, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk reported on recent changes and developments in the legislative framework governing postgraduate education and the continuing professional development of physicians.
At the meeting, the Academic Council approved for the 2026–2027 academic year the membership of the Academic Council of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and its meeting schedule, the composition of the Institute’s Education Quality Council, working curricula and programs, thematic plans for lectures, practical and seminar classes within internship training, the Institute’s class schedule, and the educational and student development plan.
