17 червня 2026 року завідувачка кафедри хірургічної стоматології та щелепно-лицевої хірургії Полтавського державного медичного університету Катерина Локес взяла участь у міжнародному заході «From Education to Innovation: Celebrating Freedom 250», присвяченому 250-річчю Сполучених Штатів Америки.
Подія відбулася в America House Kyiv та об’єднала випускників програм American Councils, представників академічної спільноти та фахівців сфери вищої освіти.
У форматі презентацій і панельних дискусій учасники обговорили актуальні питання міжнародної співпраці, розвитку інновацій у вищій освіті та можливості використання технологій штучного інтелекту в освітньому процесі. Захід став майданчиком для обміну досвідом між представниками закладів вищої освіти, випускниками програм American Councils та представниками Посольства США в Україні.

PSMU Representative Participates in International Event Marking the 250th Anniversary of the United States
On June 17, 2026, Kateryna Lokes, Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Poltava State Medical University (PSMU), participated in the international event “From Education to Innovation: Celebrating Freedom 250,” dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.
The event took place at America House Kyiv and brought together alumni of American Councils programs, members of the academic community, and higher education professionals.
Through presentations and panel discussions, participants addressed current issues related to international cooperation, the advancement of innovation in higher education, and opportunities for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process. The event served as a platform for exchanging experiences among representatives of higher education institutions, alumni of American Councils programs, and representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
