27 липня 2026 року в Києві відбулася Х ювілейна церемонія вручення найвищої громадської Відзнаки за професіоналізм та милосердя – «Орден Святого Пантелеймона». У заході взяла участь делегація Полтавського державного медичного університету. Університет представили члени Полтавської регіональної ради Відзнаки: проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи Валерій Похилько, голова ради ветеранів ПДМУ Віктор Лебедєв, старший викладач кафедри українознавства та гуманітарної підготовки Вікторія Юфименко.
Цьогорічне вручення почесних нагород стало підтвердженням незламної сили духу, відваги та безмежної відданості медичних працівників, які щодня тримають медичний фронт і рятують людські життя.
Особливим приводом для пошани й гордості всієї університетської спільноти Полтавського державного медичного університету стало вручення Ордена випускнику стоматологічного факультету ПДМУ 2012 року Ростиславу Дружицькому. Долаючи надлюдські випробування та пройшовши крізь три довгих роки ворожого полону, він зберіг непохитну віру, мужність, відданість військовій присязі та високому покликанню лікаря. Його життєвий шлях – це взірець незламності й самопожертви в ім'я України.
За підсумками національного відбору представники Полтавщини здобули високе визнання – один Орден Святого Пантелеймона та дві відзнаки «Прослава».
Відзнаку «Прослава» у номінації «Серце медицини» отримала Таїсія Чубукова – старша медична сестра шкірно-венерологічного відділення військової частини А3114 (м. Полтава), військовослужбовиця Збройних Сил України, старший сержант.
Відзнаку «Прослава» у номінації «Новатор року» отримав Віктор Лисак – директор Департаменту охорони здоров'я Полтавської обласної військової адміністрації.
Орденом Святого Пантелеймона у номінації «Герой медичного фронту» нагороджений Ростислав Дружицький – старший лейтенант медичної служби, начальник пересувного стоматологічного кабінету медичної роти військової частини А2802.
Вагому роль у роботі з відбору кандидатів та визначення лауреатів Відзнаки відіграла Полтавська регіональна рада на чолі з її головою Миколою Литвиненком.
Ушанування подвигу медичних працівників – це не просто визнання їхніх заслуг, а ствердження величі людського духу, що долає найважчі випробування. Полтавський державний медичний університет пишається своїми випускниками, чия відвага, милосердя та високий професіоналізм карбують нову історію української медицини й наближають нашу спільну Перемогу.
Відзнака за професіоналізм та милосердя «Орден Святого Пантелеймона» є символом високого професіоналізму, гуманізму та відданого служіння людям. Вона надихає майбутніх медиків, які сьогодні здобувають освіту в Полтавському державному медичному університеті, наслідувати найкращі традиції української медицини, зберігати честь професії та примножувати її авторитет.

PSMU Representatives Attend the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of the Order of Saint Panteleimon Award
On 27 July 2026, Kyiv hosted the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of the Order of Saint Panteleimon, Ukraine's highest public award recognizing professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service in healthcare. A delegation from Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) participated in the prestigious event.
The University was represented by members of the Poltava Regional Council of the Order of Saint Panteleimon: Valerii Pokhylko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and E[tracurricular Activities; Viktor Lebediev, Chair of the PSMU Veterans Council; and Viktoriia Yufymenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Humanities.
This year's ceremony once again celebrated the extraordinary courage, resilience, and selfless dedication of healthcare professionals who continue to serve on Ukraine's medical front, saving lives under the most challenging conditions.
A particularly memorable moment for the entire PSMU community was the presentation of the Order of Saint Panteleimon to Rostyslav Druzhytskyi, a 2012 graduate of the University's Faculty of Dentistry. After enduring three years in enemy captivity and overcoming unimaginable hardships, he remained steadfast in his faith, unwavering in his commitment to his military oath, and devoted to the noble mission of a physician. His life story stands as a powerful testament to resilience, courage, and self-sacrifice in service to Ukraine.
Following the national selection process, representatives of the Poltava region received outstanding recognition, earning one Order of Saint Panteleimon and two Proslava Awards.
The Proslava Award in the "Heart of Medicine" category was presented to Taisiia Chubukova, Senior Nurse of the Dermatology and Venereology Department of Military Unit A3114 (Poltava), a Senior Sergeant serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Proslava Award in the "Innovator of the Year" category was awarded to Viktor Lysak, Director of the Department of Healthcare of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
The Order of Saint Panteleimon in the "Hero of the Medical Front" category was awarded to Rostyslav Druzhytskyi, Senior Lieutenant of the Medical Service and Head of the Mobile Dental Office of the Medical Company of Military Unit A2802.
The Poltava Regional Council of the Order of Saint Panteleimon, chaired by Mykola Lytvynenko, played a significant role in the nomination and selection process, ensuring that the region's most deserving healthcare professionals were recognized at the national level.
Honoring healthcare professionals is more than acknowledging their achievements—it is a tribute to the strength of the human spirit and to those who continue to serve with courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication.
