Старша викладачка кафедри фізики Марина Бичко провела виховний захід зі здобувачами вищої освіти І курсу 7 групи медичного факультету. Йшлося про  питання академічної доброчесності, її принципи та правила.

Разом з викладачкою майбутні лікарі пригадали, що називається академічною доброчесністю, ознайомилися з нормативно-правовою базою (Закон України «Про вищу освіту», Положення про академічну доброчесність ПДМУ, Кодекс академічної доброчесності ПДМУ), що діє в університеті. На прикладі конкретних ситуацій навчилися визначати, що вважається плагіатом (різновиди) при написанні наукових робіт, а що ним не є. Також згадали про відповідальність, що покладається на учасників освітнього процесу як з боку здобувачів вищої освіти так і зі сторони науково-педагогічних працівників, визначили пріоритети доброчесного навчання.

Academic Integrity: Presentation for Freshmen

Marina Bychko, Senior lecturer of the Department of Physics, held an educational event with first-year students of the 7th group of the Faculty of Medicine. The topic was academic integrity, its principles and rules. Together with the lecturer, the future doctors recalled what academic integrity is, familiarized themselves with the regulatory framework (the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education,” the Regulations on Academic Integrity of PSMU, the Code of Academic Integrity of PSMU) that is in force at the university. Using specific situations as examples, they learned to determine what is considered plagiarism (types) when writing scientific papers and what is not. They also discussed the responsibilities of participants in the educational process, both on the part of students and on the part of academic staff, and identified the priorities of honest learning.
