Так, 12 червня 2024 року відбулося засідання разової спеціалізованої вченої ради щодо присудження ступеня доктора філософії у галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина». Цього разу свої наукові здобутки блискуче презентував молодий хірург, аспірант очної (денної) форми навчання кафедри хірургії № 3 Полтавського державного медичного університету Кербаж Нізара Ріда на тему «Удосконалення хірургічної тактики при гострому панкреатиті». Науковий керівник цієї клінічної роботи доктор медичних наук, професор Сергій Панасенко, який продовжував активно співпрацювати зі своїм учнем, не зважаючи на те, що перебуває зараз на важливому рубежі, виконуючи свій військовий обов’язок.
Роботу ради очолив голова: доктор медичних наук, професор Володимир Гринь. Обов’язки рецензента виконував один з найкращих фахівців нашого університету доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри хірургії № 2 Полтавського державного медичного університету Володимир Шейко. До опоненції були запрошені найкращі спеціалісти у галузі хірургії, кваліфікацію яких було підтверджено МОН: доктор медичних наук, професор, головний науковий співробітник Національного наукового центру хірургії та трансплантології імені О. О. Шалімова Ігор Хомяк; доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри хірургії з курсом невідкладної та судинної хірургії Національного медичного університету імені О. О. Богомольця Ярослав Сусак та доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри хірургії № 2 Харківського національного медичного університету Ігор Криворучко.
Здобувач гідно представив свої наукові результати та пзарекомендував себе як кваліфікований спеціаліст й компетентний науковець. Рішення про присудження наукового ступеня доктора філософії було прийнято членами ради одноголосно.
У заключному слові дисертант висловив глибоку подяку нашим Збройним силам України, завдяки яким без перешкод відбулося засідання разової спеціалізованої вченої ради. Щиро подякував ректору ПДМУ, професору Вячеславу Ждану та проректору закладу вищої освіти з наукової роботи, Гаранту ОНП підготовки докторів філософії за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина», професору Ігорю Кайдашеву за надані можливості підготовки й захисту дисертації в стінах рідного закладу, за розуміння під час навчання в аспірантурі, за всебічну підтримку на всіх етапах підготовки дисертації, секретарю разових спеціалізованих вчених рад, доценту Валентині Соколенко, співробітникам наукового відділу ПДМУ.

Fruitful work on the attestation of young scientists continues
Thus, on June 12, 2024, a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council was held to award the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 22 "Health" in the specialty 222 "Medicine". This time, a young surgeon, full-time postgraduate student of the Department of Surgery No.3 at Poltava State Medical University, Nizar Rida Kerbazh, brilliantly presented his scientific achievements on the topic "Improvement of Surgical Tactics in Acute Pancreatitis". The scientific advisor of this clinical work is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Sergiy Panasenko, who continued to actively cooperate with his student, despite the fact that he is now at an important milestone, fulfilling his military duty.
The work of the council was headed by the Chairman, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Hryn. Professor Volodymyr Sheiko, DMSc, Head of the Department of Surgery No. 2 at Poltava State Medical University, acted as a reviewer. The best specialists in the field of surgery, whose qualifications were confirmed by the Ministry of Education and Science, were invited to participate in the opposition: Professor Ihor Khomiak, DMSc, Chief Researcher at the Shalimov National Research Center for Surgery and Transplantation; Professor Yaroslav Susak DMSc, Head of the Department of Surgery with the Course of Emergency and Vascular Surgery at the Bogomolets National Medical University and Professor Ihor Kryvoruchko, DMSc, Head of the Department of Surgery No. 2 at Kharkiv National Medical University.
The candidate for the degree presented his scientific results with dignity and proved himself as a qualified specialist and competent scientist. The decision to award the degree of Doctor of Philosophy was made unanimously by the members of the Council.
In closing remarks, he expressed his deep gratitude to our Armed Forces of Ukraine, thanks to which the meeting of the one-time specialized academic council took place without any obstacles. He sincerely thanked the Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan and the Vice-Rector for Research, Guarantor of the Doctor of Philosophy program in specialty 222 "Medicine", Professor Igor Kaidashev for the opportunities to prepare and defend his dissertation at his native institution, for understanding during postgraduate studies, for comprehensive support at all stages of the dissertation preparation, secretary of one-time specialized academic councils, Associate Professor Valentyna Sokolenko, the staff of the PSMU Research Department.
