9 червня 2026 року в Полтавському державному медичному університеті відбувся агітаційно-інформаційний захід за участю представників 53-ї окремої механізованої бригади імені Князя Володимира Мономаха та 116-ї окремої бригади територіальної оборони Збройних Сил України.
У зустрічі взяли участь здобувачі освіти медичного факультету № 1, зокрема лікарі-інтерни та студенти старших курсів.
Під час заходу учасників ознайомили з особливостями проходження військової служби, напрямами діяльності підрозділів ЗСУ та можливостями професійної реалізації фахівців медичної галузі в умовах воєнного стану. Також гості поділилися своїми історіями та бойовим досвідом, розповіли про переваги служби й відповіли на запитання присутніх.
Захід проведено відповідно до звернення Департаменту освіти і науки Полтавської обласної військової адміністрації щодо сприяння проведенню агітаційно-інформаційних заходів у закладах освіти області.

PSMU Hosts Information and Outreach Event with Representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
On June 9, 2026, Poltava State Medical University hosted an information and outreach event featuring representatives of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh and the 116th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The event was attended by students of Medical Faculty No. 1, including medical interns and senior-year students.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the specifics of military service, the areas of activity of Armed Forces units, and opportunities for professional development and employment for healthcare specialists under martial law. The guests also shared their personal stories and combat experience, spoke about the advantages of military service, and answered questions from the audience
The event was organized in accordance with a request from the Department of Education and Science of the Poltava Regional Military Administration aimed at facilitating information and outreach activities in educational institutions across the region.
