З метою формування в молодого покоління активної громадянської позиції, розвитку патріотичної свідомості та вшанування подвигу Захисників і Захисниць України у Полтавському державному медичному університеті проведено цикл лекцій на тему «Війна за незалежність у контексті нової генерації гібридних воєн».
Спікером заходів став начальник відділення комунікації 116-ї окремої бригади сил територіальної оборони ЗСУ Андрій Небрат.
У межах лекційної програми було розглянуто особливості сучасної багатодоменної війни, яка охоплює взаємопов’язані середовища — інформаційне, військове, кібернетичне, дипломатичне. Особливу увагу приділено питанням інформаційної безпеки, кіберзагроз, методам дезінформації та спробам ворога дискредитувати Сили оборони України й посіяти розбрат у суспільстві.
Лектор наголосив, що, попри масштабні інформаційні операції ворога, Збройні Сили України демонструють стратегічну стійкість, а росія не досягає своїх цілей, зазнаючи значних людських втрат. Окремо було розкрито історичні аспекти російсько-українських відносин, зокрема роль України в розвитку радянської індустрії, спроби знищення української ідентичності та привласнення культурних і технологічних надбань.
У ПДМУ відбулося п’ять лекцій, які прослухали:
- здобувачі освіти 1 та 2 курсів ОПП «Стоматологія ортопедична» та ОПП «Фармація» Фахового медико-фармацевтичного коледжу ПДМУ;
- здобувачі освіти 2-го курсу ОПП «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» та «Медсестринство» ННМІ ПДМУ;
- здобувачі освіти 2-го курсу медичного факультету № 1;
- здобувачі освіти 2-го курсу медичного факультету № 2;
- здобувачі освіти 2-го курсу стоматологічного факультету.
Учасники отримали не лише актуальні знання про гібридні загрози, але й зрозуміли важливість інформаційної стійкості, єдності та підтримки Сил оборони України в умовах триваючої російської агресії.

A Lecture Series “The War for Independence in the Context of a New Generation of Hybrid Warfare” Held at PSMU
To foster active citizenship among young people, strengthen patriotic awareness, and honor the courage of Ukraine’s Defenders, Poltava State Medical University held a series of lectures titled “The War for Independence in the Context of a New Generation of Hybrid Warfare.”
The speaker of the events was Andrii Nebrat, Head of the Communication Unit of the 116th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The lecture program covered the specifics of modern multidomain warfare, which encompasses interconnected spheres — informational, military, cyber, and diplomatic. Special attention was devoted to issues of information security, cyber threats, methods of disinformation, and attempts by the enemy to discredit Ukraine’s Defense Forces and sow discord in society.
The lecturer emphasized that despite massive enemy information operations, the Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrate strategic resilience, while Russia fails to achieve its objectives and continues to incur severe manpower losses. Historical aspects of russian–Ukrainian relations were also discussed, including Ukraine’s role in the development of Soviet industry, attempts to destroy Ukrainian identity, and the appropriation of cultural and technological achievements.
Five lectures were held at PSMU, attended by:
first- and second-year students of the educational programs “Prosthetic Dentistry” and “Pharmacy” of the PSMU Professional College of Medicine and Pharmacy;
second-year students of the programs “Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy” and “Nursing” of the Medical Education and Research Institute;
second-year students of Medical Faculty No. 1;
second-year students of Medical Faculty No. 2;
second-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry.
Participants gained not only up-to-date knowledge about hybrid threats but also a deeper understanding of the importance of information resilience, unity, and support for Ukraine’s Defense Forces in the context of ongoing russian aggression.
