Справжня медична освіта – це не лише підручники, а й живий зв’язок поколінь, досвід наставників та повага до історії рідного університету.
За ініціативи кафедри ендокринології з дитячими інфекційними хворобами у центральній читальній залі бібліотеки розгорнуто інформаційну зону «До вершин професійної майстерності з працями наших викладачів: кафедра ендокринології з дитячими інфекційними хворобами».
Експозицію відвідали студенти 4 курсу медичного факультету № 2 (20 група), 5 курсу медичного факультету № 2 (4н група) та 6 курсу медичного факультету № 1 (6 група). До заходу долучилися завідувачка кафедри, доцентка Оксана Муравльова, доцентки Катерина Пікуль та Валентина Ільченко.
Під час зустрічі студенти ознайомилися з науковим доробком викладачів кафедри та згадали історію університету, який у різні часи був осередком прогресивної думки, підготував не одне покоління лікарів і продовжує виконувати свою місію – навчати та готувати фахівців для системи охорони здоров’я.
Бібліотека ПДМУ відкрита до співпраці з кафедрами університету. Тут можна реалізовувати спільні проєкти, створювати інформаційні зони та представляти наукові й освітні напрацювання.

A Series of Events Marking PSMU’s 105th Anniversary Continues at the University Library
True medical education is not limited to textbooks. It also means maintaining a living connection between generations, learning from mentors’ experience, and respecting the history of one’s university.
At the initiative of the Department of Endocrinology and Pediatric Infectious Diseases, an information zone entitled “Towards the Heights of Professional Excellence through the Works of Our Faculty: The Department of Endocrinology and Pediatric Infectious Diseases” has been arranged in the Central Reading Room of the University Library.
The exhibition was visited by fourth-year students of Medical Faculty No. 2 (Group 20), fifth-year students of Medical Faculty No. 2 (Group 4n), and sixth-year students of Medical Faculty No. 1 (Group 6). The event was attended by the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Oksana Muravlova, and Associate Professors Kateryna Pikul and Valentyna Ilchenko.
During the meeting, the students explored the scholarly contributions of the Department’s academic staff and revisited the history of the University, which at different times has served as a center of progressive thought, educated generations of doctors, and continues to fulfil its mission of teaching and training professionals for the healthcare system.
The PSMU Library is open to cooperation with the University’s departments. It provides opportunities to implement joint projects, create information zones, and showcase academic and educational achievements.
