У межах Європейського тижня рухової активності Move Week здобувачі освіти та викладачі кафедри терапевтичної стоматології ПДМУ долучилися до спортивного флешмобу Всеукраїнської руханки.
Робота стоматолога поєднує ювелірну точність і тривале статичне навантаження, що впливає на хребет, м’язи та зір. Саме тому викладачі кафедри перетворили перерву під час практичного заняття на корисне медико-ергономічне розвантаження.
Учасники руханки отримали заряд позитивних емоцій, енергії та гарного настрою. Такі заходи об’єднують, надихають на здоровий спосіб життя та щоденну фізичну активність, а також доводять, що рух, єдність і командний дух – це сила української молоді та важлива складова профілактики захворювань.

All-Ukrainian Physical Activity Session at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of PSMU
As part of the European Week of Physical Activity Move Week, students and lecturers of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of PSMU joined the sports flash mob of the All-Ukrainian Physical Activity Session.
The work of a dentist combines precision craftsmanship with prolonged static load, which affects the spine, muscles and eyesight. That is why the department’s lecturers transformed a break during a practical class into a beneficial medico-ergonomic relaxation activity.
Participants of the activity session received a boost of positive emotions, energy, and good mood. Such initiatives unite people, inspire a healthy lifestyle and daily physical activity, and also demonstrate that movement, unity, and team spirit are the strength of Ukrainian youth and an important component of disease prevention.
