Активна й креативна молодь, яка цікавиться питаннями державного управління, має власні ідеї та пропозиції щодо вдосконалення державної політики й замислюється про роботу у сфері публічного управління, може взяти участь у Всеукраїнському конкурсі творчих робіт серед молоді, який оголосили Національне агентство України з питань державної служби спільно з Центром адаптації державної служби до стандартів Європейського Союзу.
Мета конкурсу – створення умов для пошуку, підтримки й розвитку амбітної та вмотивованої молоді, розширення її участі у формуванні та реалізації державної політики, формування інтересу до державної служби та покращення іміджу державних службовців у суспільстві.
До участі запрошують молодь віком від 14 до 35 років – індивідуально або у складі творчих колективів.
У 2026 році конкурс проводиться за шістьма номінаціями:
«Молодь за доброчесну, прозору та підзвітну державу»;
«Державна служба майбутнього: твій внесок»;
«Молодь, демократія та стійкість держави в умовах війни і відновлення»;
«Змінюй освіту – створюй майбутнє!»;
«Гендерна рівність та інклюзія як основа відновлення та вступу до ЄС»;
«Молодь у системі публічного управління: новітні підходи та перспективи».
Прийом творчих робіт триває до 30 вересня 2026 року. Для участі необхідно подати заявку, оформлену за встановленим зразком, та конкурсну роботу на електронну адресу konkurs@center.gov.ua
У жовтні 2026 року відбудеться розгляд та оцінювання робіт, у листопаді – визначення та нагородження переможців і призерів.

All-Ukrainian Youth Creative Works Competition: Applications Now Open
Active and creative young people interested in public administration, who have their own ideas and proposals for improving public policy and are considering a career in public administration, are invited to participate in the All-Ukrainian Youth Creative Works Competition. The competition is organized by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service jointly with the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union.
The aim of the competition is to create opportunities to identify, support and develop ambitious and motivated young people, increase their participation in the development and implementation of public policy, foster interest in civil service, and enhance the image of civil servants in society.
Young people aged 14 to 35 are invited to participate, either individually or as part of a creative team.
In 2026, the competition is held in six categories:
“Youth for an Integrity-Based, Transparent and Accountable State”;
“The Civil Service of the Future: Your Contribution”;
“Youth, Democracy and State Resilience in Times of War and Recovery”;
“Transform Education – Create the Future!”;
“Gender Equality and Inclusion as a Foundation for Recovery and EU Accession”;
“Youth in Public Administration: Innovative Approaches and Prospects.”
Creative works will be accepted until September 30, 2026. To participate, applicants must submit an application completed according to the prescribed template, together with their competition entry, to konkurs@center.gov.ua .
The entries will be reviewed and evaluated in October 2026, while the winners and prize-winners will be selected and awarded in November.
