Танець у часи випробувань — це мова серця, яка промовляє там, де слова безсилі. Він підтримує й лікує, повертає відчуття життя навіть тоді, коли країна переживає найскладніші сторінки своєї історії. Саме так відчувають танець учасники народного аматорського ансамблю бально-спортивного танцю «Орхідея» Полтавського державного медичного університету. Уже п’ятнадцять років їх веде керівниця колективу, асистентка кафедри фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини Ірина Люблінська.

14 листопада в залі Полтавського академічного симфонічного оркестру відбувся ювілейний благодійний концерт «15 років у ритмі».

Свято розпочалося хвилиною мовчання — на вшанування полеглих Захисників і Захисниць та всіх невинно загиблих цивільних.

Першим номером пролунала символічна для колективу композиція «Я — Україна», яка задала емоційний тон вечора — щирий, глибокий і вистражданий.

Ірина Люблінська, яка створила «Орхідею» та багато років формує її неповторний стиль, а сам колектив за цей час здобув визнання в Україні та за її межами, у відеоісторії до концерту поділилася думками про шлях ансамблю:

«Ми змінювались — стилі, склади, композиції, навіть світ навколо. Але незмінним залишалося одне: ми створювали власний світ танцю, свою «Орхідею». За 15 років ми стали родиною. Разом святкуємо, мандруємо, надихаємось і підтримуємо одне одного. Отримане у 2024-му звання народного аматорського колективу — це визнання праці й любові, яку ми вкладаємо в кожен рух. І 15 років — це лише початок!».

Упродовж концерту артисти демонстрували майстерність і креативність, які вони розвивають у ПДМУ поруч із фаховими компетенціями майбутніх медиків. Глядачі побачили найпопулярніші постановки, що стали візитівками «Орхідеї»: «Тече вода», «Мулен Руж», «Румба», «Джайв», «Програмування на кохання» та інші.

До ювілейної програми приєдналися колективи-партнери, які привітали «Орхідею» своїми виступами: народний аматорський вокальний ансамбль «Мальви», гурт Дмитра Лузановського, народний аматорський ансамбль «Юність», учні Skyline Dance School, ансамбль співробітників ПДМУ «Візерунки» та сольні виконавці — студенти й викладачі ПДМУ.

Із теплими словами до учасників звернувся проректор з навчальної роботи ПДМУ, професор Давид Аветіков, який наголосив:

«Орхідея» — це не просто назва, а вишукана квітка, і кожен виступ — це її новий подих. У світі 1872 види орхідей — бажаю вам не менше яскравих постановок. Дякую, що ви об’єднані однією мрією і залишаєтесь родиною».

Він також вручив подяки від ректора ПДМУ, професора Вячеслава Ждана, керівниці та учасникам ансамблю.

Особливо зворушливими були вітання від пацієнтів Ірини Люблінської — людей поважного віку, які проходять реабілітаційні заняття під її керівництвом і живуть із хворобою Паркінсона. Вони подякували керівниці за професійну підтримку та методики, що допомагають їм зменшувати прояви хвороби й залишатися активними.

На завершення вечора у залі пролунав Гімн «Орхідеї», створений спеціально для колективу. Він став емоційною кульмінацією концерту.

Захід відбувся за підтримки ректора ПДМУ, професора Вячеслава Ждана. Вести святкову програму випало випускнику ансамблю Степану Чуприні, який повернувся на сцену свого рідного колективу.

Ювілейна «Орхідея» цього вечора розквітла по-новому. У її танці відчувалися вдячність, пройдений шлях і світло, що веде вперед. Адже п’ятнадцять років — лише одна мить у житті творчої родини, яка продовжує жити у своєму особливому  ритмі й дарувати його іншим.

“15 Years in Rhythm”: Anniversary Charity Concert of PSMU’s Ballroom Dance Ensemble Orchidea

Dance in times of hardship is a language of the heart — it speaks where words fall short. It supports, heals, and restores the sense of life even when a country is living through the most difficult pages of its history. This is exactly how the members of the folk amateur ballroom dance ensemble Orchidea of Poltava State Medical University experience dance. For fifteen years, they have been guided by the ensemble’s artistic director, Iryna Liublinska, assistant at the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

On November 14, in the hall of the Poltava Academic Symphony Orchestra, the anniversary charity concert “15 Years in Rhythm” took place.

The event began with a moment of silence in honor of the fallen Defenders and all innocent civilians whose lives were taken.

The first performance was the symbolic and deeply meaningful composition “I Am Ukraine”, which set the emotional tone of the evening — sincere, profound, and full of lived experience.

In a video story presented during the concert, Iryna Liublinska, the founder of Orchidea, who has shaped its distinctive style over the years and whose ensemble has gained recognition in Ukraine and beyond, shared her reflections on the group’s journey:

“We have changed — styles, lineups, compositions, even the world around us. But one thing remained the same: we created our own world of dance, our own Orchidea. Over 15 years, we have become a family. We celebrate, travel, draw inspiration, and support one another. The honorary title of folk amateur ensemble we received in 2024 is recognition of the work and love we put into every movement. And 15 years is only the beginning!”

Throughout the concert, the performers showcased the skill, creativity, and artistry they develop at PSMU alongside their professional training as future doctors. The audience enjoyed the ensemble’s signature pieces — “Teche Voda”, “Moulin Rouge”, “Rumba”, “Jive”, “Programming for Love”, and others.

Partner ensembles joined the anniversary program and congratulated Orchidea with their performances: the folk amateur vocal ensemble Malvy, the band of Dmytro Luzanovskyi, the folk amateur ensemble Yunist, students of Skyline Dance School, the PSMU staff ensemble Vizerunky, as well as solo performers — students and faculty of PSMU.

Warm greetings to the participants were extended by Professor David Avetikov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at PSMU, who emphasized:

“Orchidea is not just a name — it is a refined flower, and each performance is its new breath. There are 1,872 species of orchids in the world — I wish you no fewer vivid performances. Thank you for being united by one dream and for remaining a family.”

He also presented letters of appreciation from PSMU Rector, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, to the ensemble’s director and performers.

One of the most touching moments of the evening was the greeting from Iryna Liublinska’s patients — elderly individuals living with Parkinson’s disease who attend rehabilitation sessions under her guidance. They thanked her for her professionalism and methods that help them reduce symptoms and stay active.

The evening concluded with the premiere of the Orchidea Anthem, composed especially for the ensemble. It became the emotional climax of the concert.

The event was held with the support of PSMU Rector, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan. The festive program was hosted by ensemble alumnus Stepan Chupryna, who returned to the stage of his home collective.

On its anniversary evening, Orchidea blossomed anew. The dance conveyed gratitude, a journey lived, and the light that leads forward. After all, fifteen years is just a moment in the life of a creative family that continues to live in its own unique rhythm — and share it with the world.
