28 жовтня 2025 року відбулося чергове засідання Проблемної комісії з фундаментальних дисциплін на кафедрі анатомії з клінічною анатомією та оперативною хірургією.
Голова комісії, професор Сергій Білаш привітав усіх та запропонував розглянути і затвердити матеріали до планування теми дисертаційних на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина»: аспіранта кафедри хірургії №2 ПДМУ Євгена Пилипюка. Тема «Потенційні (фізіолого-біохімічні) властивості пробіотичних штамів роду Bacillus як стратегії біологічного контролю ранових інфекцій і терапії ран». Наукові керівники –проф. І. В. Ксьонз та заступник директора Інституту мікробіології і вірусології ім. Д.К. Заболотного НАН України з наукової роботи, д. б. н, старший науковий співробітник Лариса Сафронова. Рецензенти: проф. Лобань Г. А., доц. Стецук Є. В.; молодшого наукового співробітника Науково-дослідного інституту генетичних та імунологічних основ розвитку патології та фармакогенетики Аліни Кабалєй. Тема «Роль циркадіадного молекулярного годинника та PPARG в регуляції запалення та метаболізму в легеневій тканині мишей». Науковий керівник – проф. І. П. Кайдашев. Рецензенти: проф. Непорада К. С.., проф. Весніна Л. Е.
Рецензенти висловили свої зауваження до планування робіт аспірантів та затвердили теми дисертаційних робіт.

Regular Meeting of the Problem Commission: Details Below
On October 28, 2025, a regular meeting of the Problem Commission on Fundamental Disciplines was held at the Department of Anatomy with Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery.
The Chair of the Commission, Professor Serhii Bilash, welcomed all participants and proposed to review and approve dissertation topic proposals for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 222 “Medicine.”
PhD student of the Department of Surgery No. 2, Yevhen Pylypiuk, presented the topic:
“Potential (physiological and biochemical) properties of probiotic strains of the genus Bacillus as a strategy for biological control of wound infections and wound therapy.”
Supervisors: Prof. I. V. Ksionz and Dr. Larysa Safronova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Senior Research Fellow, Deputy Director for Research at the D. K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Junior Research Fellow of the Research Institute of Genetic and Immunological Foundations of Pathology and Pharmacogenetics, Alina Kabalei, presented the topic:
“The role of the circadian molecular clock and PPARG in the regulation of inflammation and metabolism in mouse lung tissue.”
