У межах відзначення 105-річчя Полтавського державного медичного університету кафедра педіатрії № 2 передала до наукової бібліотеки навчальний посібник «Алергічні захворювання у дітей у фокусі синдромальної диференційної діагностики».

Книга присвячена одній із найактуальніших проблем сучасної педіатрії – діагностиці та веденню алергічних захворювань у дитячому віці. Поліморфність клінічних проявів, поєднання кількох синдромів і вікові особливості перебігу патології нерідко ускладнюють своєчасне встановлення діагнозу та визначення оптимальної тактики лікування. Посібник розроблено як практично орієнтований інструмент для лікарів, які у щоденній роботі надають допомогу дітям з алергічними проявами. Автори пропонують сучасний клінічний підхід до діагностики, заснований на аналізі провідних синдромів, а не лише окремих нозологічних форм.
У навчальному посібнику систематизовано основні алергічні синдроми дитячого віку, висвітлено їхні патогенетичні механізми, клінічні прояви та диференційно-діагностичні критерії. Значну увагу приділено молекулярній структурі основних груп алергенів, що сприяє глибшому розумінню механізмів розвитку алергічних реакцій і принципів алергенспецифічної імунотерапії.
Матеріал викладено структуровано з використанням практичних алгоритмів і сучасних клінічних рекомендацій. Видання буде корисним лікарям-алергологам, педіатрам, сімейним лікарям, лікарям-інтернам, а також слухачам курсів післядипломної освіти.
Передача посібника до фондів бібліотеки є вагомим внеском кафедри педіатрії № 2 у розвиток освітнього та науково-методичного забезпечення університету й підготовку майбутніх лікарів. Нове видання сприятиме формуванню клінічного мислення, удосконаленню ранньої діагностики та впровадженню персоналізованого підходу до лікування маленьких пацієнтів.

Marking PSMU’s 105th Anniversary: New Pediatric Publication Enriches the University Library
As part of the celebration of the 105th anniversary of Poltava State Medical University, the Department of Pediatrics No. 2 has donated the manual “Allergic Diseases in Children in the Focus of Syndromic Differential Diagnosis” to the University Scientific Library.
The publication was authored by T. O. Kriuchko, O. Ya. Tkachenko, V. V. Shcherbak, and L. M. Bubyr.
The book addresses one of the most pressing issues in contemporary pediatrics—the diagnosis and management of allergic diseases in children. The polymorphism of clinical manifestations, the coexistence of multiple syndromes, and age-specific features of disease progression often complicate timely diagnosis and the selection of optimal treatment strategies. The manual is designed as a practice-oriented tool for physicians who provide daily care to children with allergic conditions. The authors propose the up-to-date clinical approach to diagnosis based on the analysis of leading syndromes rather than solely on individual nosological entities.
The manual systematizes the main allergic syndromes in childhood, highlighting their pathogenetic mechanisms, clinical manifestations, and differential diagnostic criteria. Particular attention is paid to the molecular structure of major allergen groups, contributing to a deeper understanding of allergic reaction mechanisms and the principles of allergen-specific immunotherapy.
