20 лютого в Україні згідно з Указом Президента України відзначається День Героїв Небесної Сотні на вшанування пам’яті про подвиг учасників Революції Гідності.
19 лютого 2026 року доценти кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією ПДМУ Ірина Сологор та Іванна Знаменська провели зі здобувачами освіти 11 групи ІІІ курсу медичного факультету № 1 та 20 групи ІІІ курсу медичного факультету № 2 просвітницько-виховний захід до Дня Героїв Небесної Сотні.
Разом зі здобувачами освіти учасники заходу переглянули та обговорили документальний фільм «Зима, що нас змінила».
Ця подія дала змогу студентам глибше усвідомити героїзм учасників Революції Гідності та сприяла формуванню патріотичних цінностей серед майбутніх медичних фахівців.

Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology of PSMU Held an Event Marking the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes
On February 20, in accordance with a Decree of the President of Ukraine, the country commemorates the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes in honor of the participants of the Revolution of Dignity.
On February 19, 2026, Associate Professors of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology of Poltava State Medical University, Iryna Solohor and Ivanna Znamenska, conducted an educational and awareness-raising event dedicated to the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes for students of Group 11 (3rd year, Medical Faculty No. 1) and Group 20 (3rd year, Medical Faculty No. 2).
Together with the students, the participants watched and discussed the documentary film “Winter on Fire: Ukraine's Fight for Freedom”.
The event enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of the heroism of the participants of the Revolution of Dignity and contributed to fostering patriotic values among future medical professionals.
