З нагоди 105-ї річниці ПДМУ та в межах відзначення Всесвітнього дня імунітету, який традиційно припадає на 1 березня, викладачі кафедри мікробіології, вірусології та імунології провели тематичну виховну годину зі здобувачами вищої освіти 6-ї групи ІІ курсу медичного факультету №1.
Метою цього дня є привернення уваги суспільства до проблем, пов’язаних із поширенням імунних захворювань, а також до питань збереження та зміцнення імунітету. Доцентка кафедри Ольга Ганчо ознайомила студентську аудиторію з літературою для поглиблення знань із цієї тематики, зокрема з виданнями, авторами яких є співробітники кафедри.
Здобувач вищої освіти Максим Лісінський виступив із доповіддю про чинники, що негативно впливають на імунітет, та способи його зміцнення. Окрему увагу під час зустрічі приділили необхідності своєчасної вакцинації.
Зацікавленість студентів цією темою сприятиме підвищенню обізнаності майбутніх лікарів щодо відповідального ставлення як до власного здоров’я, так і до збереження імунітету майбутніх пацієнтів.

The Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology Held a Thematic Meeting on the Occasion of World Immunity Day
On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of Poltava State Medical University and as part of the observance of World Immunity Day, traditionally marked on March 1, the academic staff of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology conducted a thematic educational session with second-year students (Group 6) of Medical Faculty No. 1.
The purpose of this day is to draw public attention to issues related to the spread of immune-related diseases, as well as to the importance of maintaining and strengthening immunity. Associate Professor Olha Hancho introduced the students to relevant literature aimed at deepening their knowledge on the topic, including publications authored by members of the department.
A higher education student, Maksym Lisinskyi, delivered a presentation on factors that negatively affect the immune system and ways to strengthen it. Particular attention during the meeting was paid to the importance of timely vaccination.
The students’ strong interest in the topic will contribute to raising future doctors’ awareness of the importance of a responsible attitude toward their own health and the preservation of their future patients’ immunity.
