Лікарі-інтерни з фаху «Внутрішні хвороби» на кафедрі внутрішньої медицини №3 з фтизіатрією навчаючись на циклі «Клінічна алергологія» самостійно опрацьовують різноплановий навчальний матеріал на освітній платформі MOODLE у вигляді мультимедійних презентацій, лекцій, відеороликів, сучасних протоколів і світових стандартів лікування алергічних захворювань, таких як бронхіальна астма, кропив’янка, анафілаксія, медикаментозна алергія. Під час семінарських занять під керівництвом професора Ігоря Кайдашева, асистента Оксани Бєлан проводиться оцінювання засвоєної інформації, вміння її використовувати під час розбору клінічних кейсів. Особливою цікавістю у лікарів-інтернів користується практична складова заняття, де вони проводять алергопроби, такі як прик-тест, проводять огляди хворих і призначають обстеження, лікування згідно діючими настановами, що в цілому сприяє розвитку критичного мислення та формуванню професійних компетенцій.

Clinical Allergology in the Training of Internal Medicine Physicians

Intern doctors specializing in “Internal Diseases” at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3 with Phthisiology are studying the course “Clinical Allergology.” Within this module, they independently work through a wide range of educational materials on the MOODLE learning platform — including multimedia presentations, lectures, video materials and up-to-date treatment protocols and international standards for managing allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, urticaria, anaphylaxis and drug allergies.

During seminar sessions led by Prof. Ihor Kaidashev and Assistant Oksana Bielan, the interns’ knowledge and ability to apply it in practice are assessed through the discussion of clinical case studies.

Particular interest among the interns is sparked by the practical component of the training, where they perform allergy tests such as prick tests, examine patients, and prescribe diagnostic and treatment plans in accordance with current guidelines. This approach fosters the development of critical thinking and contributes to the formation of professional competencies.
