14 листопада в 6-й аудиторії лабораторного корпусу відбулася чергова зустріч клубу настільних ігор «Джуманджі» Студентського парламенту ПДМУ. Учасники випробували дві стратегічні настільні ігри — «Спартак» і «Сіквенс», що сприяють розвитку логіки, уваги, командної роботи та аналітичного мислення.

«Спартак»: багатоступенева стратегія та гнучке планування

«Спартак» уперше був представлений на зустрічі клубу. Це гра з виразною структурою, яка складається з кількох етапів, кожен із яких вимагає різних типів мислення:

Етап планування — гравці визначають загальну стратегію, розподіляють ресурси та прогнозують подальші події.

Етап ринку — учасники можуть посилювати свої можливості, залучати нових персонажів або спорядження, що створює поле для тактичних рішень.

Аренні змагання — фінальна частина раунду, де відбувається ключове зіткнення стратегій. Гравці аналізують ризики, оцінюють силу персонажів і продумують оптимальний хід у динамічних умовах.

Завдяки поєднанню стратегічного планування, управління ресурсами та прогнозування «Спартак» навчає гравців системно оцінювати ситуацію, ухвалювати зважені рішення та працювати з багатофакторними сценаріями. Це навички, які є важливими для медичної практики, особливо в умовах обмеженого часу чи складної клінічної ситуації.

«Сіквенс»: логіка, тактика та передбачення

«Сіквенс» — одна з найулюбленіших ігор клубу. Вона поєднує карткові рішення та побудову комбінацій на полі. Мета — створити послідовність із п’яти фішок у будь-якому напрямку.

Гра одночасно тренує увагу, стратегічне мислення та здатність працювати в команді. Учасники мають аналізувати відкриті комбінації, обирати оптимальні ходи та стежити за діями суперників, що розвиває швидкість реакції та гнучкість мислення.

Атмосфера під час зустрічі була активною та доброзичливою: студенти жваво обговорювали можливі стратегії, підтримували одне одного й ділилися враженнями. Один із учасників відзначив, що динаміка «Спартака» нагадує роботу у клініці — коли важливо миттєво оцінити умови та обрати найоптимальніший шлях.

Організатори дякують студентам за активність, інтерес і приємну атмосферу під час зустрічі. Клуб «Джуманджі» продовжує створювати простір для інтелектуального відпочинку, розвитку та спілкування.

The PSMU Board Game Club “Jumanji” Continues to Bring Students Together for Intellectual Gatherings

On November 14, another meeting of the “Jumanji” Board Game Club of the PSMU Student Parliament took place in Room 6 of the Laboratory Building. Participants tried out two strategic board games — Spartacus and Sequence — which help develop logic, attention, teamwork, and analytical thinking.

“Spartacus”: Multilevel Strategy and Flexible Planning

Spartacus was introduced at the club meeting for the first time. It is a game with a clear structure consisting of several stages, each requiring different types of thinking:

Planning Stage — players determine their overall strategy, allocate resources, and predict future events.

Market Stage — participants can strengthen their abilities by acquiring new characters or equipment, which creates space for tactical decisions.

Arena Competition — the final part of the round, where the key clash of strategies occurs. Players analyze risks, assess the strength of their characters, and think through optimal moves under dynamic conditions.

Thanks to its combination of strategic planning, resource management, and forecasting, Spartacus teaches players to evaluate situations systematically, make well-reasoned decisions, and navigate multifactor scenarios. These skills are essential for medical practice, especially when working under time constraints or in complex clinical situations.

“Sequence”: Logic, Tactics and Anticipation

Sequence is one of the club’s favorite games. It combines card decision-making with building combinations on the game board. The goal is to create a sequence of five chips in any direction.

The game trains attention, strategic thinking, and the ability to work as a team. Participants must analyze open combinations, choose optimal moves, and monitor opponents’ actions — all of which develop quick reactions and flexible thinking.

The atmosphere during the meeting was lively and friendly: students enthusiastically discussed possible strategies, supported one another, and shared their impressions. One participant noted that the dynamics of Spartacus resemble working in a clinic — when it is crucial to quickly assess conditions and choose the most optimal course of action.

The organizers thank the students for their activity, interest, and the pleasant atmosphere during the meeting. The “Jumanji” Club continues to create a space for intellectual leisure, development, and communication.
