22 травня 2026 року в. о. завідувача кафедри філософії та суспільних наук, кандидат історичних наук Вікторія Каюн разом зі здобувачами вищої освіти І курсу ОПП «Медична психологія» взяли участь в урочистих заходах із вшанування пам’яті Головного Отамана військ УНР Симона Петлюри та у Всеукраїнському просвітницькому форумі з міжнародною участю «Оцінка постаті Симона Петлюри в Україні та світі».
Участь студентів-медичних психологів у заходах такого рівня є глибоко символічною та має важливе значення як для особистісного, так і для професійного розвитку майбутніх фахівцівчерез осмислення історичного досвіду та спадщини Симона Петлюри. Завдяки залученню до наукового дискурсу міжнародного форуму, студенти мали змогу ознайомитися з об'єктивними оцінками постаті Головного Отамана, очищеними від багаторічних нашарувань ворожої пропаганди та стереотипів.

“Our Strength Lies in Unity”: First-Year Students of PSMU Honored the Memory of Symon Petliura
On 22 May 2026, Acting Head of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, PhD in Historical Sciences Viktoriia Kaiun, together with first-year students of the Educational and Professional Program “Medical Psychology,” took part in commemorative events honoring the memory of the Commander-in-Chief of the Army of the Ukrainian People’s Republic, Symon Petliura, as well as in the All-Ukrainian educational forum with international participation “Assessing Symon Petliura’s Figure in Ukraine and the World.”
The participation of medical psychology students in events of this level is deeply symbolic and highly significant for both the personal and professional development of future specialists, as it contributes to their understanding of historical experience and the legacy of Symon Petliura. Through engagement in the academic discourse of the international forum, the students had the opportunity to become acquainted with objective assessments of the Commander-in-Chief’s figure, freed from long-standing layers of hostile propaganda and stereotypes.
