31 жовтня у Полтавському державному медичному університеті відбувся освітньо-розважальний детективний квест, приурочений до Геловіну.

Захід організували Студентські ради факультетів Студентського парламенту ПДМУ за підтримки університету.

Попри традиційно розважальний характер цього дня, у ПДМУ Геловін став приводом не лише для емоційного розвантаження, а й для розвитку професійних компетентностей майбутніх медиків.

Метою заходу було поєднати навчання, командну взаємодію та неформальне спілкування у форматі гри.

До організації долучилися кафедра анатомії з клінічною анатомією та оперативною хірургією, а також кафедра хімії та фармації ПДМУ.

Під час квесту учасники виконували завдання, пов’язані з медициною, анатомією (зокрема, з будовою кісток), хімією та логічними вправами. Кожна навчальна локація вимагала уваги, знань і кмітливості, а успішне проходження залежало від уміння працювати в команді.

«Такі заходи допомагають відпочити від навчального навантаження та водночас закріпити знання у практичній, творчій формі. Це чудова нагода навчатися із задоволенням», — зазначила Анастасія Тейлор, студентка стоматологічного факультету.

Квест став прикладом того, як у ПДМУ поєднують навчання і дозвілля, створюючи можливості для розвитку критичного мислення, комунікаційних навичок і командної взаємодії.

Такі ініціативи підтримують позитивну навчальну атмосферу та допомагають майбутнім медикам формувати як фахові, так і соціальні компетентності, необхідні в сучасній медичній практиці.

Educational Quest at PSMU: Learning Through Play and Teamwork

On October 31, an educational and entertaining detective quest dedicated to Halloween took place at Poltava State Medical University.

The event was organized by the Student Councils of the university’s faculties, with the support of the PSMU Student Parliament and the university administration.

Despite the traditionally entertaining nature of this day, at PSMU Halloween became not only an opportunity for emotional relaxation but also a means to develop the professional competencies of future medical professionals.

The goal of the event was to combine learning, teamwork, and informal communication in a playful format.

The Department of Anatomy with Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery, as well as the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy, contributed to the organization.

During the quest, participants completed tasks related to medicine, anatomy (in particular, the structure of bones), chemistry, and logic exercises. Each educational station required attention, knowledge, and ingenuity, while success depended on the ability to work effectively as a team.

“Such events help us take a break from academic workload and at the same time consolidate our knowledge in a practical and creative way. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn with enjoyment,” noted Anastasiia Taylor, a student of the Faculty of Dentistry.

The quest became an example of how PSMU combines learning and leisure, creating opportunities to develop critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork.

Such initiatives foster a positive educational atmosphere and help future doctors form both professional and social competencies essential for modern medical practice.
