Вшановуючи пам'ять жертв Голодомору 1932-1933 років, 22 листопада 2025 р. здобувачі вищої освіти ОПП "Стоматологія" поклали колоски пшениці до стели пам’яті, що розташована в сквері імені Панаса Мирного в Полтаві.
Колосок став символом Голодомору як нагадування про кривавий «закон про п'ять колосків», який передбачав найсуворіше покарання, аж до розстрілу, за збирання будь-яких залишків урожаю з поля. Тому колосок одночасно символізує трагедію та надію, що й надалі залишається символом пам'яті про жертв голоду.

Honoring the Memory of Holodomor Victims
In commemoration of the victims of the Holodomor of 1932–1933, on November 22, 2025, students of the “Dentistry” educational program laid wheat ears at the memorial stele located in the Panas Myrnyi Square in Poltava.
The wheat ear has become a symbol of the Holodomor, serving as a reminder of the brutal “Law of Five Ears of Grain,” which imposed the harshest punishment — up to execution — for gathering even minimal remnants of crops from the fields. Thus, the wheat ear symbolizes both tragedy and hope, remaining a lasting emblem of remembrance for the victims of the famine.
