18 червня 2026 року у Полтавському державному медичному університеті відбулася Всеукраїнська науково-практична конференція з міжнародною участю «Мультидисциплінарна дерматологія: наука, практика, інновації», організована кафедрою шкірних та венеричних хвороб.
Захід приурочений до 105-річчя від дня заснування університету. Конференція проходила у змішаному очно-дистанційному форматі та зібрала 642 учасники.
З вітальним словом до учасників звернувся ректор університету, голова організаційного комітету, професор Вячеслав Ждан. Він підкреслив важливість взаємодії фахівців різних спеціальностей для досягнення найкращих результатів у діагностиці та лікуванні пацієнтів.
У межах пленарного засідання було представлено 17 доповідей провідних українських і закордонних експертів. Учасники обговорили сучасні підходи до лікування алопецій, кропив’янки та акне, застосування ретиноїдів у дерматокосметології, можливості мікрографічної хірургії Mohs у лікуванні раку шкіри, а також інноваційні напрями, зокрема використання екзосом у дерматології.
Окрему увагу було приділено мультидисциплінарним аспектам, зокрема взаємозв’язку дерматології з урологією, стоматологією та алергологією. До обговорення долучилися й міжнародні спікери, зокрема фахівці з Великої Британії.
Поєднання очного та дистанційного форматів забезпечило як безпосереднє професійне спілкування учасників, так і широке залучення аудиторії.
Конференція стала платформою для обміну досвідом та обговорення інноваційних методів діагностики й лікування.

PSMU Brought Together Specialists from Ukraine and Around the World at Multidisciplinary Dermatology Conference
On June 18, 2026, Poltava State Medical University hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation titled “Multidisciplinary Dermatology: Science, Practice, Innovation”, organized by the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases.
The event was dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the university’s founding. The conference was held in a hybrid format (in-person and online) and brought together 642 participants.
The Rector of the University and Chair of the Organizing Committee, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. He emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration among specialists to achieve the best outcomes in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Within the plenary session, 17 presentations were delivered by leading Ukrainian and international experts. Participants discussed modern approaches to the treatment of alopecia, urticaria, and acne, the use of retinoids in dermato-cosmetology, the potential of Mohs micrographic surgery in the treatment of skin cancer, as well as innovative directions such as the use of exosomes in dermatology.
Special attention was given to multidisciplinary aspects, including the interconnections between dermatology and urology, dentistry, and allergology. International speakers, including specialists from the United Kingdom, also joined the discussions.
The combination of in-person and online formats ensured both direct professional interaction among participants and broad audience engagement.
The conference served as a platform for experience exchange and discussion of innovative diagnostic and treatment methods.
Overall, the event became an important platform for professional dialogue and the implementation of modern dermatological practices.
