20 березня 2026 року Полтавський державний медичний університет та Державна установа «Територіальне медичне об’єднання Міністерства внутрішніх справ України по Полтавській області» уклали договір про співпрацю у сферах освіти, науки та медичної практики.
Документ підписали ректор ПДМУ Вячеслав Ждан та начальник ТМО Євгенія Сергата. У процедурі підписання також взяли участь проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи Валерій Похилько (ПДМУ) та заступник начальника установи з медичних питань Людмила Нос.
Предметом договору є організація спільної діяльності у напрямках освітнього процесу, науково-дослідної роботи та лікувально-діагностичної практики.
Співпраця передбачає безоплатну взаємодію сторін, зокрема впровадження сучасних методів навчання, використання досягнень медичної науки, проведення колегіального діагностування, а також розроблення й коригування тактик лікування у складних клінічних випадках.
Окрему увагу приділено практичній підготовці здобувачів освіти: йдеться про проведення виробничих практик і клінічного навчання, підготовку лікарів-інтернів та розвиток післядипломної освіти, у тому числі для працівників ТМО.
У межах співпраці сторони створюватимуть належні умови для освітнього, наукового та лікувально-діагностичного процесів, залучатимуть фахівців до спільної роботи у складних клінічних випадках, а також впроваджуватимуть сучасні методи діагностики, лікування і профілактики із використанням дозволених в Україні медичних засобів та технологій.
Сторони діятимуть на засадах рівності, партнерства та взаємної відповідальності, забезпечуючи дотримання конфіденційності, захист персональних даних і медичної інформації.
Договір не передбачає фінансових зобов’язань і має неприбутковий характер співпраці.
Термін дії угоди – до 31 грудня 2031 року з можливістю продовження.
Укладення договору є важливим кроком у розвитку медичної освіти, інтеграції науки і практики та підвищенні якості медичної допомоги в регіоні.

PSMU and the Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Poltava Region Joins Forces: Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed
On March 20, 2026, Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) and the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Poltava Region” signed an agreement on cooperation in the fields of education, research and medical practice.
The document was signed by PSMU Rector Viacheslav Zhdan and Head of the Territorial Medical Association Yevheniia Serhata. The signing ceremony was also attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Extracurricular Activities Valerii Pokhylko (PSMU) and Deputy Head for Medical Affairs Liudmyla Nos.
The agreement provides for the organization of joint activities in the areas of the educational process, research work and clinical diagnostic practice.
The cooperation envisages non-commercial interaction between the parties, including the implementation of state-of-the-art teaching methods, the use of advances in medical science, joint diagnostic consultations and the development and adjustment of treatment strategies in complex clinical cases.
Special attention is given to the practical training of students, including clinical placements and hands-on training, the education of medical interns, and the development of postgraduate education, including for staff of the Territorial Medical Association.
Within the framework of cooperation, the parties will create appropriate conditions for educational, scientific and clinical diagnostic processes, involve specialists in joint work on complex clinical cases, and implement current methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention using medical tools and technologies approved in Ukraine.
The parties will operate on the principles of equality, partnership and mutual responsibility, ensuring confidentiality and the protection of personal data and medical information.
The agreement does not foresee financial obligations and is of a non-profit nature.
The agreement is valid until December 31, 2031, with the possibility of extension.
The signing of this agreement is an important step in advancing medical education, integrating science and practice, and improving the quality of healthcare in the region.
