Відповідно до наказу ректора ПДМУ № 97-у від 16 березня «Про організацію та проведення атестації здобувачів другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти ОПП «Стоматологія» у 2025/2026 н. р.», на кафедрі терапевтичної стоматології підготовлено екзаменаційні матеріали для проведення пілотування ОСП(К)І.
Здобувачів випускного курсу ознайомлено з паспортами станцій іспиту та переліком практичних навичок, необхідних для демонстрації під час об’єктивного структурованого клінічного іспиту.
Згідно з розкладом пілотування, здобувачі другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти ОПП «Стоматологія» стоматологічного факультету продемонстрували свої знання, уміння та навички на трьох станціях з дисципліни «Терапевтична стоматологія».
Зокрема, студенти виконували клінічне обстеження пацієнта-волонтера, формували план додаткового обстеження та лікування, а також інтерпретували результати рентгенологічних і лабораторних досліджень у пацієнтів із різними видами стоматологічної патології у клініці терапевтичної стоматології.
Результати пілотування мають важливе значення, адже дозволяють виявити слабкі місця у підготовці студентів до державної атестації та своєчасно їх усунути.

Pilot Implementation of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry, PSMU
In accordance with the Rector’s Order of PSMU No. 97-u dated March 16, “On the Organization and Conduct of Certification of Applicants for the Second (Master’s) Level of Higher Education in the Educational and Professional Programme ‘Dentistry’ in the 2025/2026 Academic Year,” the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry has prepared examination materials for the pilot implementation of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
Final-year students were introduced to the station blueprints and the list of practical skills required to be demonstrated during the OSCE.
According to the pilot schedule, students of the second (Master’s) level of higher education enrolled in the “Dentistry” programme of the Faculty of Dentistry demonstrated their knowledge, abilities, and skills at three stations in the discipline “Therapeutic Dentistry.”
In particular, students performed clinical examinations of volunteer patients, developed plans for additional investigations and treatment, and interpreted the results of radiological and laboratory studies in patients with various types of dental pathology at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry clinic.
The results of the pilot implementation are of great importance, as they make it possible to identify weaknesses in students’ preparation for state certification and address them in a timely manner.
