Як уже повідомлялося, за результатами державної атестації наукової (науково-технічної) діяльності, яку проводило МОН України, Полтавський державний медичний університет увійшов до престижної категорії Б за біомедичним науковим напрямом.
У визначені МОН строки Полтавський державний медичний університет подав заявку на включення до Державного реєстру наукових установ, яким надається підтримка держави, і в межах першої хвилі був п’ятим серед поданих.
У першій хвилі формування Реєстру через систему URIS було подано 216 заявок, з яких 166 — від наукових установ та 50 — від закладів вищої освіти.
Саме ці перші 216 наукових установ та університетів сформували стартовий етап Державного реєстру.
Внесення до Реєстру означає:
- податкові пільги відповідно до законодавства;
- захист від приватизації;
- фіксацію наукового профілю діяльності — неможливість зміни основного виду діяльності.
Вперше наукові установи та заклади вищої освіти включаються до Реєстру одразу на 5-річний період: до 31 грудня 2030 року, без необхідності повторних атестацій чи повторного включення до Реєстру. Це означає менше адміністративного навантаження та більше часу для досягнення реальних наукових результатів.

Poltava State Medical University Included in the State Register of Institutions Supported by the Government
As previously reported, following the state attestation of scientific (research and technical) activities conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) was ranked in the prestigious Category B in the biomedical research field.
Within the deadlines set by the Ministry, PSMU submitted an application for inclusion in the State Register of Scientific Institutions Eligible for Government Support and was fifth among all applicants in the first wave.
During the first wave of Register formation, 216 applications were submitted through the URIS system, including 166 from research institutions and 50 from higher education institutions. These 216 institutions and universities formed the initial stage of the State Register.
Inclusion in the Register provides:
- tax benefits in accordance with current legislation;
- protection from privatization;
- official recognition and preservation of the scientific profile of activities, with no possibility of changing the primary field.
For the first time, research institutions and higher education establishments are included in the Register for a five-year period — until December 31, 2030, without the need for repeated attestations or re-application. This means less administrative burden and more time to focus on achieving meaningful scientific results.
