Молодіжна рада при Міністерстві охорони здоров’я України презентує серію профорієнтаційних подкастів, присвячених медичним професіям та можливостям розвитку у сфері охорони здоров’я. Ініціатива спрямована на підвищення обізнаності молоді щодо професійної реалізації в медицині та формування свідомого вибору майбутнього фаху.
Формат подкастів побудований як відверті розмови «рівний-рівному», у яких фахівці діляться власним досвідом, професійним шляхом, щоденними викликами, помилками та неочевидними можливостями кар’єрного розвитку. Окрему увагу приділено особливостям роботи та «закуліссю» медичних спеціальностей.
Актуальність ініціативи зумовлена зниженням кількості вступників до закладів медичної освіти та наявністю недобору на окремі спеціальності, що підкреслює важливість якісної профорієнтаційної роботи.

First-Hand Advice: Career Guidance Podcasts for Students and Future Medical Professionals
The Youth Council under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine presents a series of career guidance podcasts dedicated to medical professions and opportunities for development in the healthcare sector. The initiative aims to raise young people’s awareness of professional pathways in medicine and support informed career choices.
The podcast format is built as open, peer-to-peer conversations in which professionals share their personal experiences, career journeys, daily challenges, mistakes, and less obvious opportunities for professional growth. Special attention is given to the specifics of medical practice and the “behind-the-scenes” aspects of various specialties.
The relevance of this initiative is driven by the decline in the number of applicants to medical education institutions and the shortage of candidates for certain specialties, highlighting the importance of effective career guidance.
