9 березня 2026 р. на кафедрі післядипломної освіти лікарів-ортодонтів ПДМУ відбулася виховна година для слухачів циклу спеціалізації з фаху «Ортодонтія», присвячена постаті Тараса Шевченка – видатного поета, художника та голосу української нації. Захід проведено з нагоди дня народження поета.
Виховну годину провела асистент кафедри Юлія Сокологорська-Никіна, яка наголосила на важливості збереження національної пам’яті, культурних традицій та виховання поваги до постатей, що формували українську ідентичність.
Під час зустрічі учасники згадали життєвий і творчий шлях Кобзаря, його вагомий внесок у розвиток української культури, мови та національної свідомості. Особливу увагу було приділено значенню творчості Шевченка для формування патріотизму, духовних цінностей та любові до Батьківщини.

Taras Shevchenko – a Great Son of Ukraine: Educational Session for Orthodontic Specialization Trainees
On March 9, 2026, the Department of Postgraduate Education for Orthodontists at Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) held an educational session for trainees of the specialization cycle in Orthodontics, dedicated to Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko, the outstanding poet, artist, and voice of the Ukrainian nation. The event was organized on the occasion of the poet’s birthday.
The session was conducted by Yuliia Sokolohorska-Nykina, assistant of the department, who emphasized the importance of preserving national memory, cultural traditions, and fostering respect for figures who shaped Ukrainian identity.
During the meeting, participants recalled the life and creative path of the Kobzar, as well as his significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian culture, language, and national consciousness. Particular attention was paid to the importance of Shevchenko’s work in shaping patriotism, spiritual values, and love for the Motherland.
