18 лютого 2026 року в Полтавському державному медичному університеті проведена робоча нарада з питання організації та проведення об’єктивного структурованого практичного (клінічного) іспиту (ОСП(К)І) за ОПП «Медицина» і ОПП «Педіатрія» для здобувачів ступеня вищої освіти на другому магістерському рівні за співголовуванням Гаранта ОПП «Медицина» професора Ігоря Скрипника та Гаранта ОПП «Педіатрія» професора Тетяни Крючко. На нараду були запрошені завідувачі кафедр та відповідальні за проведення ОСП(К)І.
На засіданні обговорені питання щодо структури матриці ОСП(К)І, змісту завдань, алгоритму проведення атестації, передбачуваного розкладу складання об’єктивного структурованого практичного (клінічного) іспиту, його технічний супровід. Акцентована увага на критеріях оцінювання під час складання ОСП(К)І, наголошено на важливості дотримання академічної доброчесності здобувачами вищої освіти під час складання іспиту. Особлива увага приділена регламенту проведення іспиту з урахуванням особливостей його проведення для іноземних здобувачів вищої освіти. Обговорені питання роботи апеляційної комісії. Відзначена важливість проведення консультацій перед іспитом та організація роботи з самопідготовки здобувачів ступеня вищої освіти на весь період атестації а також забезпечення доступності інформації для здобувачів вищої освіти на інформаційних ресурсах університету.
Доцент Ганна Давиденко проінформувала учасників наради щодо підготовки матеріалів до проведення чергової акредитаційної експертизи ОПП Медицина у 2027 році.

PSMU Discusses the Organization of the Objective Structured Practical (Clinical) Examination for “Medicine” and “Pediatrics” Students
On February 18, 2026, a working meeting was held at Poltava State Medical University to discuss the organization and administration of the Objective Structured Practical (Clinical) Examination (OSP(CE)) for students enrolled in the “Medicine” and “Pediatrics” educational programs at the second (master’s) level of higher education.
The meeting was co-chaired by the Guarantor of the “Medicine” program, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk, and the Guarantor of the “Pediatrics” program, Professor Tetiana Kriuchko. Heads of departments and those responsible for administering the OSP(CE) were invited to attend.
During the meeting, participants discussed the structure of the OSP(CE) matrix, the content of examination tasks, the certification procedure algorithm, the tentative examination schedule, and technical support arrangements. Particular attention was paid to assessment criteria and the importance of maintaining academic integrity during the examination process.
Special focus was given to the examination regulations, taking into account specific considerations for international students. Issues related to the work of the appeals committee were also discussed. The importance of pre-examination consultations, organizing students’ self-study throughout the certification period, and ensuring the accessibility of relevant information on the university’s information resources was emphasized.
Associate Professor Hanna Davydenko informed participants about the preparation of materials for the upcoming accreditation review of the “Medicine” educational program scheduled for 2027.
