10 жовтня 2025 р. відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Полтавського державного медичного університету.
Про результати перевірки стану надання методичної та консультативної допомоги ЗОЗ з організації й проведення практичної підготовки в інтернатурі за фахом «Хірургія» керівниками груп доповів завідувач кафедри хірургії №1 доц. М. Кравців. В обговоренні доповіді від комісії виступив проф. В. Ліхачов, який відзначив роботу кафедри як позитивну та надав рекомендації щодо покращення підготовки інтернів у практичній частині інтернатури.
Проф. Ю. Казаков доповів про стан навчально-методичного забезпечення освітнього процесу на циклі спеціалізації за фахом «Ультразвукова діагностика» на кафедрі пропедевтики внутрішніх хвороб. Від комісії з оцінкою роботи кафедри виступила доц. М. Бабаніна. Проректор ЗВО з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти проф. І. Скрипник високо оцінив роботу кафедри щодо залучення до проведення практичних занять професіоналів-практиків – фахівців різних спеціальностей з досвідом роботи.
З питання стану забезпечення відпрацювання та засвоєння професійних компетентностей інтернами в освітній частині інтернатури з фаху «Неврологія» доповів завідувач кафедри нервових хвороб проф. М. Дельва. В обговорені даного питання від комісії виступила доц. О. Муравльова, яка оцінила рівень підготовки інтернів щодо засвоєння професійних компетентностей.
Заступник директора інституту у складі закладу вищої освіти ННІПО Л. Шилкіна виступила з інформацією щодо проведення благодійного заходу «Лікар-патріот», присвяченого Дню захисника та захисниць України, який об’єднав молодь – здобувачів освіти, інтернів та викладачів. У своєму виступі вона відзначила не тільки високий професіоналізм інтернів при виконанні конкурсних завдань, а й їх патріотизм та прагнення миру і перемоги.

Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education: Key Discussion Points
On October 10, 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of Poltava State Medical University was held.
Head of the Department of Surgery No. 1, Associate Professor M. Kravtsiv, presented a report on the results of the inspection of methodological and consultative support provided to healthcare facilities in organizing and conducting practical training in the internship program in Surgery by group supervisors. During the discussion, Professor V. Likhachov, representing the commission, positively evaluated the department’s work and offered recommendations for improving the practical training of interns.
Professor Yu. Kazakov delivered a report on the state of educational and methodological support for the specialization course in Ultrasound Diagnostics at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine. On behalf of the commission, Associate Professor M. Babanina provided an assessment of the department’s performance. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Professor I. Skrypnyk, highly commended the department for involving practicing professionals—specialists from various fields with hands-on experience—in conducting practical classes.
Head of the Department of Nervous Diseases, Professor M. Delva, reported on the state of practical skills development and the acquisition of professional competencies by interns during the educational component of the internship in Neurology. In the discussion, Associate Professor O. Muravliova, representing the commission, positively evaluated the interns’ level of professional competency acquisition.
Deputy Director of the Institute within the higher education institution, L. Shylkina, shared information about the charitable event “Doctor-Patriot” dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, which brought together students, interns, and academic staff. In her address, she emphasized not only the high professionalism demonstrated by interns during the competition tasks but also their patriotism and sincere desire for peace and victory.
