Нещодавно на запрошення кафедри філософії та суспільних наук у ПДМУ побувала наша випускниця Олена Школьна. У 23 роки вона добровільно обрала шлях медикині на фронті, ризикуючи життям заради порятунку інших. Сьогодні Олена – завідувачка інформаційно-аналітичного відділу КП «4-а міська клінічна лікарня Полтавської міської ради імені Леоніда Куроєдова». Її приклад показує: медицина – це не лише професія, а й велика відповідальність та сила духу.
Олена розповіла студентам про героїзм побратимів та посестер, внутрішні зміни та психологічну стійкість, а також про те, як бути лікарем, коли доводиться ставати воїном.

From PSMU to the Frontline: A Story of a Graduate Worth Knowing
Recently, at the invitation of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, PSMU welcomed its graduate Olena Shkolna. At the age of 23, she voluntarily chose the path of a frontline medic, risking her life to save others. Today, Olena serves as the Head of the Information and Analytical Department at the 4th City Clinical Hospital of the Poltava City Council named after Leonid Kuroiedov. Her example demonstrates that medicine is not only a profession, but also a great responsibility and strength of spirit.
Olena shared stories about the heroism of her fellow soldiers, the internal transformations and psychological resilience experienced during the war, and what it means to remain a doctor when circumstances require you to become a warrior.
