28 листопада 2025 року викладачка кафедри гігієни та екології Тетяна Коваленко провела виховний захід з кураторською 12-ою групою 2-ого курсу факультету медичного № 1.
Вони разом відвідали виставку «Україна 1932–1933. Геноцид голодом», яка експонується у Полтавському державному медичному університеті та присвячена пам’яті жертв Голодомору 1932–1933 років.
Студенти уважно ознайомилися з документами виставки і тим самим долучились до історичної пам’яті: вшанування жертв Голодомору, бо ж знання власної історії надзвичайно важливо для збереження національної гідності й свідомості.

Knowledge of One’s Own History Is Important for National Dignity and Awareness
On 28 November 2025, Tetiana Kovalenko, a lecturer at the Department of Hygiene and Ecology, held an educational event with the 12th supervised group of the 2-year-students, Faculty of Medicine No. 1.
Together, they visited the exhibition “Ukraine 1932–1933. Genocide by Hunger,” which is on display at Poltava State Medical University and is dedicated to commemorating the victims of the 1932–1933 Holodomor.
The students carefully examined the documents presented at the exhibition, thus engaging in historical remembrance and honouring the victims of the Holodomor, as knowledge of one’s own history is extremely important for preserving national dignity and awareness.
